It should have food service

Location is perfect: front beach (very relaxing watching the see from room and property in general), close to punta coco and down town. It’s not a noisy place.

Unfortunately, the hotel has a major issue with the WiFi, as it does not reach the rooms. Guests are forced to go to the common areas if they want to use the internet. Another major concern is the broken staircase that leads to the beach. One of the stairs is missing, and the rest are in poor condition. This caused my girlfriend and me to fall on our first day, as it was dark and she was injured as a result. This is extremely dangerous, especially for older guests. Despite these issues, the room itself was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, it is crucial that the hotel address the WiFi and staircase concerns to ensure the safety and comfort of their guests.

We thoroughly enjoyed the room with its stunning beach view, and the staff were kind and helpful. However, there is one major issue that detracts from an otherwise positive experience.

Internet signal was poor. No vegetation in the property, it would have been nice.

Beach right next door. Location not so far from town centre. Erick was an excellent in customer service. There was no sargassum in that side if town. Clean beaches to swim in. Coffee available in the morning.

The wifi not working in our rooms.

The location was what made this stay for us. The facilities were a bit run down and some of the furniture in the room was broken/ didn't work. The wifi only worked outside near reception, not in our rooms.

WiFi was unstable - not ideal for remote working.

*right* on the beach - the noise of the waves was deeply relaxing. The temperature was ideal - it was noticeably hotter inland. The hotel was lovely and constructed sustainably with traditional looking methods. Beach beside us was lovely and easy stroll to various tour offerings.

No breakfast available. There is a sink in the room, but not a single spoon nor glass available. At this price I expected at least a kettle and some basic kitchen equipment. The reception helped and gave us 3 plastic spoons and plates, which was appreciated.

location at the beach was great. Ideal when you look for something quiet. Far away from the city center. very comfortable room with tarrace just facing the waves! Fantastic. Nice, wooden decoration brilliant Holbox climate.

the bed was super firm and the shower had no warm water. Not a major issue as it was welcome in the heat but a slightly warmer shower would have been nice.

There was a big storm and the room at the front, the window wouldn’t do up, it has to be wedged with a pillow to stop the spray coming in. Also In regards to the room at the front it doesn’t have its own access & you have to walk across the room next to its balcony, which feels a bit intrusive when people are out there sunbathing plus it was more money because of the sea view but really the balcony was hidden behind the stairs, so I don’t think worth the extra cost. Could do with a small broom in each room to sweep out the sand otherwise you have to wait for it to be cleaned. Could also do with some more stuff for self catering, like glasses, cups, bowls, utensils etc. Coffee facilities would be good too as whilst the staff would make a communal pot in the morning, there was no sugar, milk or spoons.

The accommodation was comfortable and on a nice part of the beach. Eric was an absolute teddy bear, loved him, really helpful with all our needs, it was my sons birthday and he put balloons & put a cake in his room which was a lovely touch! Outside there were hammocks & sun beds to relax in and you are a stones throw from the water. Nearby there were a couple of restaurants to go enjoy some delish food & margaritas.

Lack of wifi and limited accces to basic kitchen stuff.

The Hotel is right next to the beach which was great! Everything in the hotel was very basic but enough to enjoy. It would be great to have a basic kitchen equipment like: kettle, cups, cutlery. There is no wifi!

Hotel is a little speperated from the other Locations on the Island. WiFi only worked on one of two days. The shower needs an urgent refurbishment.

Direct access to the beach. Quite expensive for the value one gets here but prices on Holbox are high anyway.

I booked a room with "partial Sea view"=no see view unless you exit the room and stay on the porch. the room had actually no view on anything being a sort of depandance of the hotel.

Big and comfortable room. Well located (15 min walk from the center and very closed to the sea). Friendly staff and nice atmosphere.
