Breakfast was amazing although if you show up at 7am (opening time), not everything will be available. Gardens and pool are nice. Staff in general was great

Beautiful old building, pool, and grounds! Beautiful artwork as well. The breakfast buffet was amazing! 2 rooms for 7 people with breakfast included for 1 night under $200 U.S. dollars total!! Can't beat this value!!

They need to have a place to smoke a cigarette. Was told to stand in the parking lot. It was advertised as no smoking in rooms (of course), but grounds are large enough to provide small, comfortable place.

Good breakfast, great pool but too rainy to use it. 🙁 Staff helpful and friendly. Beautiful grounds and large room. Distance to center is a bit of a walk.

The shampoo dispenser in the shower was broken, when I asked for information about the jacuzzi they said it fitted two persons but one fits one

The jacuzzi in the first room we had didn't work, but staff moved us to another room where it did work. But there are some maintenance issues in this older hotel. Still sweet place.

It's a bit old, but I like it because it's 17th century style. I don't think it's a 5 star, but it's a good hotel in "Aguascaliente".

The garden is beautiful and there is a well-kept swimming pool. And the room is bigger than other hotels. There are two double beds, a three-seater sofa, two chairs, two tables, and a bathtub and shower.

Well the bed was very hard and the pillows were very small. The sheets were so so for thread count/softness. The shower leaked out onto the bathroom floor every time we showered. There was no refrigerator in the room. No microwave in the room, had to ask for ice every time wanted some. The pool was not warm it was cool which was cold after awhile of time spent in the pool. Last of all there were only 8 or 10 layout chairs at the pool so when the events start on Thursday there were not enough layout chairs. Over all a good place these items are just nit picking. Weekend could be a little less busy but I understand.

The wifi service didn’t work all the time

I really really liked that when we arrived we were way early before our check in because our flight arrived early and the staff lend us a room to relax while we wait for our room, I also really loved the breakfast! The lady who also cleaned our room was so sweet and did an amazing job!

RBeautiful older hotel near Central Aguascalientes. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful, and the restaurant is very good. It's a great value.

The coffee in the on-site restaurant is like colored water. No flavor. We arrived around 5 pm on a Sunday. We were told we could dine at their restaurant a block away. However, no one mentioned that the restaurant closes at 7:00 so when we arrived there at 6:30, the kitchen was already closed. There was absolutely no where close to get dinner, so we never ate. VERY DISAPPOINTING. The restaurant did look stunning though.

The hotel is beautiful with lots of plants and trees. Our room had a sweet patio with a lovely view of nature. The room was also very large and comfortable.
