The ceiling fan was unbalanced, therefore it was noisy. They had to change the unit totally because of the motor noise, but it still was unbalanced. The air conditioner unit blew cold air down on the beds and it was also uncomfortable. I asked the maintenance guy to fix it, but he couldn’t. So, it was too cold to have a/c on at night, and the ceiling fan was too noisy as well. Therefore, it wasn’t the best sleep.

The pool was fabulous. The little balconies are very convenient.

We're used to a softer mattress but were aware that it was common in Mexico to have firmer mattresses, so we weren't surprised. As I said, we would come back, so not a big issue.

Location is perfect for walking - Santa Cruz is easy to get to and you are very close to Playa Chahue. It's a beautiful hotel with a lovely pool. Our room was located on the 3rd floor and a little farther away from the pool area which was a bonus. Really nice restaurant with good choices on the menu and the breakfast buffet was stellar. Staff was very helpful when needed. Housekeeping was impeccable. We would happily choose to stay here again!

Our room was two separate rooms. One for sleeping and a second with table and chairs fridge and coffee pot. Our cleaning lady Mago was fantastic!!

Maybe could have more comfortable furniture in rooms... but beds were great .

We found the staff to be friendly and courtious. They created an efficient, but relaxed atmosphere. The food and service at the restaurant was outstanding... great coffee! The conscier helped me get a rental car by putting me in touch w an english speaking agent. They had a secure parking spot. The rooms were clean and spacious. The pool was clean and uncrowded.

Pool closes at 9. Would be cool if it closed at 11 but I understand the logistics regarding noise.

The food and drinks were tasty and reasonably priced. Location is perfect, so close to the beach & the center of town. Great lodging experience.

The only negative is the restaurant on site, which was surprisingly poor. We only ate there once but given the convenience would have done so more if the food had been better. There are many other great options nearby but the hotel would be smart to improve this area.

Not a lot of international travelers staying at the hotel during our stay(Jan 2-11). Found it difficult to visit with nationals that were also on vacation, as we do not speak fluent Spanish. Also, the beds were a bit firm for our liking.

Great accommodation. We arrived by night bus and were even able to check in very early, room is very large for the price, clean and good. Great pool area, just had the bad luck that there were about 15 children at the pool on the second day. The beach is only a 5-minute walk away.

Staff did not let us use the small refrigerator to keep fresh the milk for our baby. They mentioned there is an extra fee to use it. They even refused to keep the milk in the kitchen. So if you traveling with babies this not your hotel to pick.

Location was perfect for our short trip. Room was ok we just needed to rest one night.

The restaurant in the property is incredibly slow. The staff is very forgetful and customer service is not a priority. Also, the closest beach is not really welcoming. Is mostly used by the resorts that line that beach. The god beach (Santa Cruz) is a short taxi ride away.

The staff was welcoming. They put complimentary beer and soda in your fridge daily and gave a few goodies while there.

We were staying for Christmas Eve and they had a dinner event. It would have been nice to be informed and offered to purchase the dinner during our stay.

It is showing it's age. But don't hold that against the hotel

This hotel is just awesome, especially the staff, they were all so helpful and helped anyway they could. It's not the newest but the care was 2nd to none. Very comfortable beds and the rooms were very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Well located, and had very affordable food and drinks. The staff were very helpful with contacting people to set up excursions, or to modify existing ones.

The beds could be improved. They were quite hard. Didn’t like how we had to wear wristbands our entire stay.

Gorgeous property with a great location being near a supermarket with ATMs. The management was nice and welcoming and everything was clean. The hotel felt upbeat with music playing during the day and evening at the pool area. The group of friends we came with all talked about how they enjoyed their stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Advertised room had refrigerator but ours had none. Hotel gets busy later in the day when tour bus arrives. Gets a little noisy then, but no big deal.

Nice rooms, pool was nice... good pool drinks. Good location near beach. Quiet location away from traffic. New facility.

sometimes the restaurant ran out of food, but we were there during the Xmas holiday so it was full.

Great location, great staff, good restaurant, and great price. room had a refrigerator and was restocked with a complimentary beers, sodas and snacks each day
