Charming property right in the heart of the historical centre, staff looked after us SO WELL and were so friendly. The breakfast was unbelievable, and the rooftop was a gorgeous place to watch the sun go down.

The staff is very friendly, helpful and very informal. The morning breakfast deserves a 5 star rating, fresh and made for you. The location is a stone throw away from some of the best restaurants and the local sites.

This is by far one of the best places we have EVER stayed! Grana went above and beyond in every aspect of our stay. Breakfast was amazing, the location is central & perfect, staff were friendly & welcoming, and the property is stunning. On the last day of our stay, we had an early flight, and they packed us a bag lunch + had hot coffee ready to go when we checked out.

Literally everything. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The breakfast is phenomenal, staff are lovely, it's a quiet little refuge from the city. Can't wait to come back! Thank you Grana staff!!

Amazing breakfast, gorgeous and quiet despite being in Centro. Our double room had 2 separate bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. An amazing share for us!

There isn't much I didn't like about my stay at Grana. I will say that the shower in my room did not produce hot water but I was able to use my friends shower which did have very hot water. Other than that, no complaints.

This place is absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived until the time we checked out, everything was just perfect. The decor in the bed and breakfast is spectacular and really showcases the beauty of Oaxaca. We enjoyed our rooms thoroughly to include the bed and the extras provided which included a cute hat and bag for shopping. The staff went above and beyond to make sure your stay was enjoyable and were always readily available. The best part for me was the breakfast! They had a spread set out every morning and a special menu item for the day. They also had a whole menu to choose from as well. Incredible! Book now! You won't regret it!!

The hotel is in an excellent location for exploring Oaxaca City on foot. The heritage building is a charming setting for a small, boutique hotel. The breakfast buffet is bountiful, creative, reflects the local cuisine and offers daily specials which are delicious. The staff is warm, welcoming and attentive. Marianna and Xhana (spelling?) were particularly friendly and helpful.

The bathroom is clean, but it would be great if it was upgraded a bit

The location of this B&B is fabulous! It is so close to everything in the city center. The staff was very helpful and kind! The beds were amazing...so comfortable! The room was very clean. We especially loved the access to the kitchen for water and coffee, and they showed me how to use a microwave in another kitchen, so I could make tea every day. The breakfast was excellent! We had an American breakfast with eggs made to order, plus many other breakfast items like delicious pastries, etc. I was very pleased that they remembered my lactose-free milk every morning! I also loved the wonderful, historic Colonial style of the building and the courtyard! Very pretty!

Breakfast was fantastic - I loved the personal French press. One morning I wasn’t feeling well so one of the girls asked if I might want a quesadilla. It really helped, was very thoughtful and meant a lot to me. They really go the extra mile here to learn more about you and make you feel at home. A+ service.

They may have been having problems with the building as there was a gross smell one whole day & the water truck was there often. It was verry pricey.

Stunning property. If you like being surrounded by gorgeous plants, well curated decor, beautiful tile work, having a massive rooftop deck with hammocks & incredible breakfasts, then this is the place for you! Staff were kind, friendly & we got to check in early. I would love to stay here again!
