There are some improvements that could be done in the rooms, in particular the carpets. In general, every request I asked the staff does everything in their power to fix it immediately. Thus, no complains really.

I come here often because it is wonderful be to among kind and helpful staff. The customer service is the star is this hotel. The food is great, They recently changed the chef so the food is much better in general in the restaurant.

Although they were fast to fixing what we pointed out, they need to change their carpets and be on top of minor details of maintenance that can make the stay even more pleasant.

This is our second time in this hotel. The staff is kind and welcoming. The breakfast is complete and the pool is clean and warm. I slept deeply in this quiet property. We were on the suites area.

Location is excellent. Very quiet and safe. Breakfast is a very well put buffet. The best was the kindness and service from the staff. This was the best pool I ever experience in a hotel. The pool was clean, warm and very well maintained. Great wifi for work. I will definitely come back.

The front desk person at night was very rude. We asked for extra towels, since we took our kids, and was "nickel and diming" every towel we took and brought back. Made it seem like we were going to steal the towels. There are no elevators on suites and have to take stairs.

The pool and suite were very clean and large to stay at. They had a great breakfast and very attentive. Liked the area and very secure. The valet person was very helpful to get all luggages up on 2nd floor.

That I didn’t get here sooner

I came here after staying at a not very good hotel with miserable staff, without WiFi or AC. This place was an absolute dream in comparison and I wish I’d come here first. I was greeted by happy smiling staff who couldn’t have been more helpful. The hotel is bright, clean and modern. The pool was clean, the restaurant and food were superb, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were lovely (small, but I’m a solo traveller anyway). There was nothing I didn’t like!! Thank you guys so much

The was no AC in the restaurant which felt like 90+ inside at 8:30 pm! The room AC did not cool very well so it ran all night and was a bit noisy.

Staff is very good, food in the restaurant is excellent, grounds and room were very clean and spacious. The room was also quiet with no sound transfer from neighboring rooms or hall.

There were just some minor things. We don't like carpet and the rooms have carpeting. Also due to humidity the sheer curtains covering the windows were getting a bit mouldy. On one of the nights the restaurant no longer had white wine for our meal and the bar was down to only one type of beer. Not sure how they handle their ordering. Considering we were out and about in the city; these were some minor things which we feel can make hotel guests stays even more enjoyable.

Very friendly staff and great service! When we arrived we were given our room which was in the tower. It was a nice enough room but hubbby had seen online the other rooms which face onto the swimming pool and courtyard. We asked if we could move and we were told we could for an extra fee, which was fine and reasonable. We moved rooms and it was a nice suite with a living room area with sofa bed, dining table and TV, plus the large bedroom with TV as well. Bathroom was a good size too. All was clean. Nice little touch was having few toiletry items available for guest, shampoo & conditioner, soaps, of course, shower cap, cloth for your glasses, hand sanitizer, sewing kit, shaving kit, toothbrush kit (in case youve forgotten yours) Nice lounge bar area plus great service from the bartender there. Restaurant staff was very nice too. Bell boys were very friendly and helpful. Frontdesk staff was great, very friendly, effecient and ready to help. We completely enjoyed our stay there. Also the grounds in the courtyard surrounding the pool were very well maintained.
