Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesBreakfast was okay, honestly a little small for the price we paid for the room, they should have given us an option for fruit, bread/pastry, and yogurt. Having to pick just 1 was a little ridiculous. Coffee and Juice should both be given as well. Another option would be nice to preselect breakfast in the evening before and have it delivered to the room at a specified time in the morning. All small changes they could make for a more wonderful stay. The pool service was also a little odd. You had to get out of your sun bed, walk to the lobby, place your order and they would call the kitchen. You would have a drink in 30+ minutes. I've stayed at places that have better service or give you walkie talkies. Easy to fix!
The entire property was dreamy. Like walking into a storybook and never wanting to leave. The room we had was very spacious with a lovely atrium area. One of my favorite parts was the water machine in our room. Hands down a game changer for a hotel, especially in Mexico. You could get purified cold and hot water from it! All the pools were stunning as well as the outdoor areas. Everything was exceptionally clean and comfortable! Must stay at the Hacienda. The food and the Tequila bar are musts visits. Spa was also nice to have a massage every afternoon!
