Room/bathroom was a little on the smaller side.

Great location if you want to tour downtown. Double pane windows help keep the room quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean. There were Free waters on every floor in small fridges which was so thoughtful and helpful. AC was much needed for the hot days we visited end of May.

We were on the fifth floor in a suit with a terrace. The music was every night till late. The patio door kept it quiet in our room but sitting outside was not peaceful

My only negative, which was not the Hotels issue, was the restaurant or club near by music very loud and late into the night….we stayed in junior suite with terrace, which we could hear music every night🤣

The location of the property is perfect for the historic centre of Mexico City. The staff were very accommodating and helpful, especially reception and concierge (special mention for Elizabeth). The complimentary walking tour of the historic centre was interesting, insightful and set us up perfectly for our 3 day visit. The 24 hr cafe with complimentary food and drinks was fantastic.

Everything was perfect. The warmest welcome ever in a hotel! Friendly, smiling people. A welcome drink while we filled in the forms. The room was beautiful. We had a balcony room with a great view of the PanAm tower. Food and drinks were included. The food was of excellent quality. Bed was very good. Location is indeed very central. We had dinner in their other hotel on the main square which was excellent as well. Great price/quality.

The location of it is great for walking to places im the historic area! It’s just very very busy as it is city center. Tons of traffic and people everywhere so heads up if that is not something you enjoy. You can’t hear any noise once inside the hotel though but outside is very very busy. Sometimes Ubers will take forever to get to you or decline you because of the location but we just put the drop off a few blocks from the hotel and it was perfect.

We loved how clean it was, the staff was very friendly and accommodating and people were around 24/7! Happy to answer any questions. The breakfast was awesome to have and the cafe that was 24/7 was included with our rate and free as well for snacks or drinks or lunches. It was an awesome addition. Beautifully decorated as well

A fridge in the room would be nice, although there was a fridge with complimentary bottles of water on every floor. My pre-booked airport transfer with Welcome Pickups was a disaster as didn't connect at the airport and 41 USD wasted. Not the hotel's fault though.

The room was so small that we struggled to move around. We are small people with not too much luggage, but once luggage was open, we could not even move around the bed. The bathroom was old with only space to hang 1 towel and shower cubicle tiny and could not adjust nozzle so we flooded bathroom when we used it.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, fantastic central location and loved the 24h coffee shop with snacks/drinks.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the Historic district and within walking distance to the famous sights. The made-to-order breakfast and service was great and included in the room price. The room amenities and special touches were what one would hope for in a Boutique Hotel.

The gym is very very small, at most for one or two persons.

All day long free water, snacks (including sandwiches, wraps …) and beverages (coffee …). The hotel is located very centrally. We booked a very nice tour through the hotel to Teotihuacan.
