Everything was great. However, maybe getting walking tour guides would help us to get to know the awesome treasures you have in Querétaro.

Location, clean, kind staff, beautiful decoration. Access to a very well equipped kitchen, place for us to rest and chat with other guests. I really appreciate the attention to detail the owners have.

Lots of mosquitos, especially in the downstairs bathroom, you can hear the train when it passes by sometimes late at night, beds could use privacy curtains.

The only downside was the loud train noise nearby until late, but it's something out of the hostel's control and eventually manageable.

Loved the friendly staff who accommodated our late arrival, the comfortable and nicely decorated room, and the great value for money. The added touch of toast and coffee for breakfast was perfect.

The Breakfast was BELOW average. Just Toast & coffee & the coffee was COLD .!!

It was very clean and the staff spoke English. Also it is connected to a lovely restaurant which is one of the best in the city. You get a little discount at the restaurant too if you stay with Septimo.

Bed was a little uncomfortable

We stayed in a private room that was cute and comfortable. There were not many guests so it was quiet. Kitchen looked nice but we didn’t use it. Staff were very nice

The only downside was the front desk hours. Also, I would like more information about the city to be available for the guests.

It is in the surroundings of downtown. You still have to walk about 7 minutes to get to downtown. The staff was amazing. The beds were comfy and clean.

Didn’t notice anything what would bother me

The location is good, quite close to the center and main plazas. You will not hear loud noises, so you can get a good sleep. We were living in a separate room with private bathroom, so the experience was great! The room was clean, hot water, simple but stylish interior. And they have a nice kitchen with everything you need to cook and a few common cozy areas to chill.

I used a dormitory (single bed) and there is no partition so there is no privacy at all. So I had to pack in total darkness when leaving early in the morning. I was unfortunately very uncomfortable that the lady in the next bed came home late and complained to me leaving early in the morning.

Friendly staff. Explanations are polite. Comfortable with lots of shared g space.In the morning they will provide bread and coffee in the kitchen. I'm very sorry I didn't get to eat it though, because I left early in the morning to catch my morning flight. Location is within walking distance to sightseeing. There is a restaurant on the property and if you arrive before 10pm you can eat right away.
