Great, quiet location away from downtown noise. The rooptop pool was divine & the entire recreation area is fantastic. You can swim, read a book, relax in the shade. Excellent concept.

Breakfast was not worth its money. I would skip it.

Quite a good value for money option. The hotel is approximately 10-15 minutes away (walking distance) from the central area of Playa del Carmen. There is a nice pool at the terrace and the rooms are quite big with nice design.

No big complaints. A/C was not working first night, but it was fixed immediately after asking front desk to check it.

The bathroom not private enough for a family of 4 and the shower door was loose so the water end outside the shower. I ask for another carpet/tower for the water on the floor on the second night .

I Love the restaurant staff and some of the front desk people . The breakfast was very simple but is what we pay for. The room was decent just exactly what you pay for.

Breakfast was under expectations... it would be better not to be included at all. Same thing every day.... waiting 15 minutes for an order and then another 20 to get two plain eggs or pancakes. Maybe if we are lucky then there was also some fruit left.

No fridge in room.

Location is northern end of 5 th St-quiet for the most part. Basic room, bathroom. Rooftop pool was great as was the yummy restaurant. TV Spanish only. Staff wonderful. We had laundry done while there/return in 24 hours. Nice elevator. Linens and towels basic nice. Toilet worked well. Soap but no shampoo. Great $$.

Even though the building is new..it looks rough, it looks unfinish...the bathroom could have more hooks to hang towels and clothes.

The location was good a little ways from the main part of 5 ave but close enough to have easy access..also the beach is 2 or 3 blocks away. The staff was excellent very helpful and always said hello with a smile.

We were not quite satisfied with the cleanliness of the room, which was also quite dark.

Great location, quiet but still close to restaurants and small shops, also to the beach. The breakfast on the rooftop was lovely.

[Applicable to my room on the ground floor]. The pool is on the roof, but towels are to be picked up and returned in the ground floor reception (why?...), not very convenient. The atrium is nice, but carries a lot of noise. People going to the reception with suitcases - you will hear the echo. No blackout blinds, room will be fairly light at night in the light coming from the atrium. Not sure if it was just my room type, but this one is good for partners who are comfortable hearing each other using the toilet (there is just a glass panel, no door). My main problem: concrete walls and floors, while the bathroom shower spreads moisture into the bedroom from where it cannot escape; the fan is not strong enough to air it. So coming back to the room = entering dark, cold, moist bunker. The design was not thought through well, you can smell mould as a result.

Location is close to 5th Avenue, on the quiet end which is great. Good pool area, you can see the ocean. Daily room cleaning to a very good standard. Nice atrium with greenery.

You can't flush toilet paper down or else it will clog the toilet

Quiet area, on the end of 5th ave. Got good wifi, free parking on the street. Is safe, clean, got hot water, comfy bed.
