Nice hotel wells decorated in a Mexican tradition, beautiful swimming pool to rest after the visits, good breakfast, nice and confortable rooms, calm, nice garden, free parking with oversigh, 8 minutes from the center in car but makes it quiet and relaxing

Location was good to attend a meeting with friends, close to the hotel, but it is a little far from downtown, our favorite part of San Miguel

Restaurant was just OK. Waited a very long time for my food while the rest of my family was eating.

The a/c was not working in one of our rooms. Also there is no fridge in the rooms. Room keys fouled about once a day so had to get new key often. The store on the property is limited and is not open late and not much available within walking distance, so pick up stuff at la comer before settling in.

The hotel propert was beautiful and well set up! The room were cleaned and stocked everyday. Services like laundry were available in-house, the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast was just ok. Would be nice if the bed could have a mosquito net (we found four mosquitoes on our first night)

Good value for money (we found a deal on booking and paid a bit less than 50€ per night). Large and comfortable bed. Shower worked well. Nice pool.

There was some road noise from the nearby highway. Be sure to ask for a room on the backside of the property.

The staff was very attentive. The grounds were well maintained and attractive. The facilities were classic Mexican and beautiful. The breakfast that was included in our price was absolutely wonderful and delicious.

It was very over priced. It was far from downtown. You cannot walk to downtown, you need to take a taxi. Also, there isn't much to do around the hotel. In addition, it it surrounded by nosy streets.

We liked how comfy the beds were. The room was clean. It had a nice view of the mountains.

the reception doesn't answer the phone, I had to walk there a couple of times. there is no coffee machine in rooms

The lobby bathroom is really DISGUSTING, the rooms have reusable pump shampoos/ soaps not like most hotels or motels that give you individual soap bars. My room didn’t get fresh sheets just fresh towels. While at the pool i was there for 2 hours and didn’t get offered anything. The restaurant food is bad, & if you want your room earlier than mentioned on the book in it’s impossible.

The decorations, pool, & rooms are really nice and clean. They have a fast taxi service & a gym.
