The first room provided did not have a window and so we were able to switch to another room without any problem. I attempted to purchase a coffee to takeaway from the restaurant however it seems that the policy is dine-in only. Some of the fixtures (curtains, ceiling) are needing repair but overall they are providing great product .

The Hotel is in an older more quiet part of the city much to our delight - walking distance to the centro historico and only footsteps to the Aquarium, Malecon and beaches. The restaurant provided great value for the package deal for guests. Be sure to purchase the day before to get this offer. The housekeeping is top notch and beds were also supremely comfortable. Amazing value !

I didn’t like that they do not have a mini-fridge, a big enough closet, or even a phone in the room. I had to go down to the lobby to inquire about simple things. Although one of the ladies at the front desk told me that I could reach them via WhatsApp, I still found that a little weird. Finally, they seemed to be rationing the towels because I saw two towels in the bathroom only on the first night of my stay. Subsequently, they gave me only one after each room clean up.

I like that it was so close to the beach and many eateries. The staff was also very helpful. In addition, it was very clean.

My room had no window so it was dark without light.

The hotel is located 1 min away from thr aquarium, 2 min from Malecon, about 20’ from thr bus stations n Centro Historico. The bathroom has a nice shower, hot water n pressure were available all the time. The bed is comfy. A very good place in a town that is good for sea food n not so much more.

The pillows on the bed were rock hard and no window in our room.

The location so close to sea and the scenery was wonderful. The accomodations were simple and close to nice restaurants on the shore.

Location is great. Rooms are pretty good and the beds, as far as I can tell, are comfortable. Our room had a pretty nice view to the street so I could take a look to my car whenever I needed (yeah, small parking lot and full vacancies). I could not hear other guests at all.

Staff at hotel restaurant was not helpful at all. They had a noticeable bad attitude if you ask for some water or even a spoon if you are not a customer there. Parking lot is covered in dust, my car mats ended covered in dust. Restroom had a bad smell coming through shower.

Personal at reception is very nice and helpful. Beds are kind of good. The rooms have a pretty decent space so we didn't have problems tripping with our luggage. During my stay, all was calm and silent. The location is pretty convenient. Just 5 mins max to get to Veracruz historical center by car.

It was pretty dirty...blankets and towels were stained. Hair everywhere in the bathroom and on the blanket. We reported the issue to reception which she gave us another room, but it didn't change much..therefore my cleanliness rate is 2! The room was specious but don't have any windows and they are really dark. The only good thing was the air con which saved the night.

It was pretty disappointing!! Photos and hotel descriptions are great but it doesn't reflect reality. :( The only two things that I liked were the location and the restaurant attached to it which has really great prices for the area.

It wasn't clean when i first arrived, neither any of the days i went back. Water preassuare was awful. Stained bed sheets and they didn't changed them during my 8 day stay.

There were stains on our sheets and one morning we went to the restaurant downstairs to have breakfast and a lady came to us and said they were busy and couldn’t serve us. It was strange because there was only 2 other tables and they were being served. We got up and decided to eat out. Upon returning, I looked in the restaurant and new people were eating and being served. We are non-Mexican and all others that were being served were.
