We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThere was a dog in the room next door, and I think it was left alone much of the time because it barked quite a bit. I don't think this is the hotel's fault, but it was unfortunate. It might be good to know that C. Valles doesn't have the kind of charm that many other Mexican towns have. It's sort of a strip mall. There's no strolling in the zocolo or enjoying elotes from street vendors. But, as I mentioned, the surrounding area is the reason to stay here.
This is a simple, basic hotel with few amenities, but it's very close to the main strip in Ciudad Valles where there are restaurants and stores within an easy walk. The wifi was excellent. The main reason to be in C. Valles is to explore the area, and the hotel Kali is a fine place to rest between tours. Also, it feels very secure and quiet.

Centrally located hotel that’s a perfect home base if you’re visiting Ciudad Valles. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Free drinking water provided. Shower was good and the room was very clean. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance, as well as a supermarket right next-door.

CanadaThe walls are very thin - you can hear everything happening in the hallway, and the room we had didn't have windows. But for the price we paid, and considering we didn't spend much time in the room, it was fine.
A family-run posada where they really try to do their best to make your stay comfortable and fun. The owner and his sons had a ton of recommendations of things to do in the area and how to get around - that was very appreciated. The rooms are nicely sized, the wifi is strong and the best are comfy. The water pressure in the shower is very good (better than most places we've been in Mexico). It's in a good location, close to some good restaurants.
