Very attentive and friendly staff. Breakfast room/restaurant located at the top of the building with nice views of the surrounding area. Not buffet-style breakfast. Tasty food but limited.

We struggled to find out how the shower works

The room is of good size, there’s everything you might need. The staff was very kind and the breakfast on the rooftop was good!!

Couldn't take in my extra beers to drink in the room. No designated smoking area within the Hotel. One needs to leave the building to smoke.

The window was facing the corridor , more like a window from a shop, everyone could see the inside of the room if you open the blinds, no fresh air coming in ether. It would have been nice to have a fridge

There was a little issue with staff cause hotel policy described on booking says that hotel don’t accept any alcohol CONSUMPTION in the property which is pretty clear. I was kicked out of main hall trying to enter with alcohol intended for souvenirs and even despite my honest explanations I couldn’t leave it on front desk till check out or take into my room so I was forced to throw it away (thankfully I found some random guys outside to make little giveaway)

The hotel is really clean and personal are friendly. The bus station is just 5 min to taking to the beach. The breakfast is good

Good location and well maintained. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Roof top pool was a plus.

There was no window to air the room, no fridge to keep our drinks cold and not enough space on both sides of the beds to freely open our luggages when needed.

Everything was clean, the employees were kind and helpful, the cleaning lady was so kind and efficient. The bed was SO comfortable! Everything was well-thinking. There was a lot of useful stuffs close-by (Oxxo, restaurants, bus stop to go to the beach and Aldo's bus station).

The king room I booked had no windows facing outside. The patio doors faced the hallway which was strange and gave a slight feeling of claustrophobia. There was nowhere to sit except on the bed. A small fridge would have been great.

It was central in downtown, easy to get around. The pool on the roof is a nice feature. The room and common areas were very clean, bed comfortable, modern. The TV had Prime and Netflix which was great.

Comfortable stay for 2 nights. Room was big enough for 2 people, spacious bathroom area shower was huge, water pressure not the best but done the job. Water took a while to drain away from shower after use. Room was modern, air conditioning worked well. No windows with natural light but ok for short stay. Location was walking distance to shops restaurants and markets. Wifi worked well. Staff not over friendly but did their jobs well.

The hotel staff isnt helpful when it comes to arranging tours. There is still a bit of a language barrier with the staff. The sink in my room didnt work properly
