No hairdryer, I could hear music at night but it didn’t bother me!

We stayed here two nights, room was nice and the bed was very comfortable! Bathroom was nice and provided mini shampoo and conditioner! Good location with a little shop just 100 metres. Breakfast was basic but nice, fruit with yoghurt and granola followed by a warm dish that changed daily. The staff were very helpful especially Gabriella, we were able to park the car right outside

The water pressure on the toilets could be better and the "continental" breakfast is very basic I wouldn't call it continental. Not sure if I'm missing something from the other reviews that say the breakfast was "amazing" and "delicious", as it's literally just some fruit, yoghurt and toast (with juice, tea and coffee). They don't serve anything else for breakfast, then only cooking is toasting the bread. So if you want something a bit more substantial there is a very good brunch spot 5min walk from the hotel (Rossina cafe) that does great coffee, pastries and cooked breakfast dishes.

The location was very good in downtown Tulum just on the border of the Hotel Zone so you can access the more local eateries and bars. The room was spacious and clean with a decent bathroom. The staff are friendly and easy to talk to.

It was really noisy, between construction late at night and early in the morning, neighboring bars, and water dripping whenever the air conditioner was on. If you aren't a light sleeper or have ear plugs it's manageable

Like most places we have stayed in Mexico, me & my wife found the beds a little too firm, (maybe because we are a bit older), but our children thought they were perfect.

Everything was great. The hotel & rooms looked fresh, clean & well kept. Me & my family had a nice breakfast every day & were able to refill our water bottles free of charge. The staff were professional & friendly especially Gabriella - she was the perfect host - who gave us so much time & invaluable advice making our stay super special.

Gabriella and Carlos were great - always smiling and very helpful! Great location next to great bars and restaurants in Tulum city centre. Free water dispenser outside our room was a much appreciated touch! The ladies at breakfast were lovely!

Kin ha tulum was the perfect staying in tulum. Closer To some places to have a beer, however if you have a car you can Park in the front of the hotel. Staff was really nice and suggest us more bar cose to the beach! (very nice!)

My husband and I loved our room, which was bright and spacious and located toward the back of the hotel. However, my mother was in a darker and smaller side room and was a little disappointed to not have windows. I would recommend asking for a larger room toward the back.

Our room was sparkling clean and very welcoming. The bed was exceptionally comfortable! Gabriela and the other staff were all warm and helpful, especially when my teenage son got locked out of his room ;) I enjoyed hearing the sounds of city life around us, but it was not noisy, and there are lots of nice cafes--including two delicious vegan cafes right across the street--and a wonderful bar with live music one block away. The interior garden is lovely and the rooftop breakfast wonderful. We enjoyed sitting up there at night looking at the stars as well.

Lovely rooftop deck where a delicious breakfast is served; also there’s a covered couch area up there you can hang out in day or night (lighted) and nearby sun loungers. Lots of local restaurants you can easily walk to. Off the main roads. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice landscaping.

We had a lovely stay at Kin Ha Tulum. The hotel is ideally located, in the center of Tulum; an area with shops, bars and restaurants. The place is very cute and has everything you need; we loved the terrace for breakfasts. You have access to unlimited drinkable water (believe me, it’s a game changer;)) & you can rent bikes directly from the hotel. I must say, the best part was the kindness of the people, which work hard to make your stay as pleasant as it can be, we are very grateful for all the recommendations. We definitely recommend this place and we will come back. ¡Muchas gracias!

breakfast on the rooftop is very good and rich: yogurt and muesli, multicereal bread and home made marmelade, natural fruit juice and coffee, fresh local fruit; the rooms are elegant, spacious and clean; the staff is very professional and kind; Carlos and Gabriela are very helpful to give advice and answer the guests requests and questions; the hotel is in the centre, with car parking, bike service, water refillers, very close to public transport (Ado and local buses); we liked the place so much that we stayed a day more and we are planning to be back soon! the building is Mexican style with a very refined touch, the wonderful beaches in Tulum are 15 minutes bike or local bus ride
