It’s loud at night because of the location.

The staff are wonderful. Loved that I could walk down to the beach and back without bringing a bunch of stuff with me.

No phone in the rooms (need to walk to the reception in case of a question, no idea what would happen in case of an emergency) No elevator No early check in option (they keep you wait until the check in time even if the room is ready) No free water in the room (all paid) - triple of the price sold in the store across the hotel Safes are old and clunky Balcony door lock not working No card key Loose plugs No facility (no restaurant etc) Loud fridge (I was bothered more by the noise of the fridge rather than the night clubs)

Location (close to beach and 5th Avenue; more like almost on them) The staff does not bother to sell you anything.

I brought a guest to my room this past Tuesday night April 9th, and have been asked to pay $20 for him to come upstairs. I have never seen that in my life. It was clearly a bride. Not cool!

Having a hard time sleeping because of the thumping from the different parties going on late at night.

I like the location and proximity to shops and restaurants. I felt safe as a solo traveler but did have an incident where someone was trying to enter my room. I was given the choice among different rooms however I ended up in the room I originally selected. The other room I was offered had a balcony but unfortunately the bathroom had a bad smell so I was put into another room.

I love the downtown vibe but with that it can be little noisy. My room was on the ground floor right behind the front desk. I kept waking up with the music from the nearby clubs. Maybe the rooms further back is less noisy.

Great location. Everything is just steps away. Loved the jungle lobby. Staff was very friendly.

Very good location, good value for the price. It can be alittle loud at night if your staying at one of the outer rooms. But that should be expected considering the location. It's right in the middle of all the action. Restaurants, clubs beach clubs. The hotel is a very good value. I don't think anything in the same price range can compare. I would stay again.

Music Noise from the strip was shaking the Windows late into the night. Hotel is a little tired in places and could use a few quid to restore the place

Probably the loudest bar on Quinte Ave is very close by and plays booming club music until 2 every night, in competition with several others very close by. Safe didn’t work. Shower was lukewarm at best.

Very close to the beach while also being in the centre of downtown, clean, comfortable, lots of great places to eat nearby, stylish decor.

Perfect for what we were looking for.

This is a great little boutique hotel. It’s close to the beach and all the hot spots in Playa. It’s not fancy but the rooms are nice and clean, staff is friendly and there is a wonderful garden in the center of the property. We didn’t spend a whole lot of time at the hotel, so it was perfect. It’s close to the night life so you can hear some music at night but didn’t bother us.

I didn’t like that there is an only cash deposit. If you don’t have it, you will have to find an atm to get cash for them. There was no hot water. The room was fine, but it could use some care and some paint. It is loud at night, but that’s a given due to the location.

It’s located in a great area if you want to be close to partying. The lobby is nice. The staff were really nice.
