Sleeping by the fireplace is so cozy! The staff is very helpful and made a bonfire for us outside so that we can roast marshmallows.

The internet doesn't work in the rooms (where we were anyways) and the TV is very very small so we didn't use it.

The most comfortable bed in a long time! The parking is secure and near to the hotel. The breakfast is huge and tasty. Great place to stay in Huasca.

the time before we stayed in the rooms up on the balcony and they were beautiful and sunny but this time we were given room 4 which was dark and bathroom was really small

I believe was overpriced for the quality of the room. Our tub was clogged, after a while you were taking a shower it looks Like swimming pool. Cleaning service made the beds but didn’t sweep the floor.

The wi-fi was, at times, nonexistent. This is also an older building, and so the soundproofing is limited, meaning that you can occasionally hear other guests enjoying the common areas (which may be right outside your door). This is a minor issue, however, and should not dissuade you from staying here.

An absolutely beautiful hotel likely set in a converted hacienda and featuring stone walls, colorful gardens and burbling fountains. The superior king suite includes a working fireplace (a real plus in winter or fall, I'm sure) and bath tub (spectacularly rare in Mexico). Rooms are attractively decorated and appointed. The gardens are dotted with pretty common areas. There is an onsite restaurant, which provides the excellent and varied breakfast. The location can't be beat, just steps from the center while the secret-garden-like nature of the walled property keeps noise away.

Beds are hard but for the rest all was fine.

Beautiful place right in the heart of Huasca. The suites have a fire place which is awesome. There is a free parking close by. The breakfast was included and really excellent.

Water wasn't really hot and didn't last long warm One waiter was rude Hard to figure out parking and hassle to get stuff to the hotel (simple directions and someone to tell you to leave your stuff when you first ask would help enormously

the bathroom window was missing trim so cold air blew in until we stuff a towel in the hole. there were no instructions given to us to get in when the gate was locked before 8 pm and it took 20 minutes of wrist pounding before anyone came to let us in. it was a tenant. the staff are a bit checked out or lax. we had to pay for enough wood to get us through the night. there is no heat for the rooms. the tv is only in Spanish and no WiFi except in public space.

the location was nice, and in town. they offered free parking. the service was great. the room was really cute and the fireplace allowed us to not freeze at night. there were extra blankets in the room.

While we had a fireplace and logs, we couldn’t communicate that we NEEDED kindling to START the fire. Although, the bedding was wonderful and cozy.

The grounds are absolutely stunning. the restaurant (on site) was fabulous. Again, the gardens are spectacular. The room was beautiful and spacious.
