#104: was pretty noisy, but I understand there's nothing the hotel could've done about that. unless they want to get some insulated walls. I'd recommend asking for a room that isn't close to the street. Shower: neither of the showers didn't work. We had the staff, who was really happy to help, come in. He had a wrench and tried to work at it, but still, no hot water. With Mexico being so humid and hot, we each took 2 showers a day. There were 4 of us, and we stayed 3 nights — total of 24 cold showers... Not too happy about that.

Super close to where everything is! If you're looking to do things in the Romantic zone, boom its right there. Have something at the Malecon? Also not far! 2B/2Ba, perfect for 4 girls!

Pool deck is dirty and needs to be hosed down daily. There is no front desk staff, so expect airbnb style accommodation. Staff is super friendly and helpful. We got the room at 50% off, so the value met our expectations and made up for anything that was a bit busted.

The location is super handy to everything. Yes, it's not a 'quiet' street...but if you're here to enjoy the nightlife, it's not really an issue. This is a BUDGET hotel, and you should adjust your expectations for that. The pool deck could be cleaner, but it didn't impact our stay. The room was clean and the kitchenette was handy for breakfast. There is a little market right across the street with great selection and prices.

Lots of construction and LOUD banging noisea. Often heard the housekeepers talking outside of door in the morning.

Location location and location. Price was great. Check-in took forever. Rolling power outages were frustrating. Wifi was always an issue. Only 1 outlet in the unit...all others had been visibly covered with a wall plate. THERE WERE BUGS IN THE KITCHEN that lived in the cracks!!!!!!!!

It was quite noisy at night, as it was right above a nightclub. There was also construction noises during the day, but I think that was a temporary thing.

Spacious rooms, and the kitchen had all the utensils I needed for basic stuff. the pool was quite nice, though shallow. Staff were nice and the check in was pretty easy.

they collect a 500 peso security deposit and don’t do credit card holds. when you checkout they give you back the 500 pesos which isn’t great if you’re headed straight to airport. i was hoping they would Just release credit card hold or return to credit card but they won’t do that.

Definitely could use some more bathroom towels, and mat. Only 2 bath towel was provided. Thats it.. Definitely need kit hen towel and a bottle opener, and some glasses. They also need to have a broom and dust pan, floor get very dirty. The lighting need to be lamps not blasting ceiling lights.. 2 chair on balcony would have been superb. Definitely need more sheets and blankets. Lot of street noise, it's the main bus road and main night club.. which should have made the price lower. Bring lots of ear plugs.. but was tolerable.. oh don't like the checking in window time frame is very small.. hate the deposit procedure and you can't find anyone to get your 500 pesos deposit back

Location was great!! Very clean, quiet inside, great amenities. Spacious, granted we had the grand suite. Love a full kitchen. Full refrigerator, stove.. had a separate room to wash clothes. Nice decorated. Rooftop pool, space was great.. nice quite place. Very comfortable place.. couch a bit small.. 2 tvs .. noise was expected so, we were prepared. Love to people watch. Thank you
