We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Mexico1. While our room was clean, beautifully decorated, and first class, the side table areas are not outfitted to handle charging devices. One of the bed side lamps had no outlet nearby and thus charging devices for the second person was not possible at the bed during the night, nor using the lamp that was provided. This really was not a problem but something that the hotel may want to correct in the future. Since the hotel is close to perfect why not shoot for perfect. 2. The pool was clean in the morning but as the day wore on it became quite filled with all the things nature can offer. As there are plenty of trees surrounding the pool, it is natural for some issues with cleanliness. My advice is to clean the pool in the morning and during the afternoon at least on weekends. A simple pool strainer to clean the top of the water line may take 15 minutes.
1. The staff was very happy and helpful 2. The Room was first rate. Room 7 was very quiet 3. The Sunday buffet breakfast was outstanding 4. The climate of the facility was very positive and relaxing 5. The staff worked to make our stay enjoyable 6. Firm king size bed 7. Very good air conditioner with remote control that worked all the time 8. Peaceful pool and garden area with lots of customer service at all times. If you have ever eaten at Cardinal in CDMX, the service is similar. 9. Internet speed in the room averaged 40-50. The speed averaged 20-35 in the garden and pool. This is very good internet in this city and at a small hotel. Never had a negative issue with our internet usage. This in itself makes this a very good choice in the area.

My husband and I stayed two nights at the La Joyita and it was a lovely stay. The rooms are spacious and the beds were comfortable. We opted to order breakfast from the menu beyond what was included with our stay and it was delicious. The sopes and enchiladas were delightful. There is a nice pool and food is served outside the rooms, which was a great touch. The hotel is about 17 min from the center, and it is walkable. However, Uber is also available and cost less than $4 per ride.

United KingdomThe room. The furniture was appalling! There was not a decent wardrobe; the curtains did not cover the windows, as they were shorter than the windows. There was not TELEVISION, a decent mirror, bedside tables in the bedroom. The bathroom furniture was too small and very old. The shower was too old, and there is much more we were sooooo disappointed about! Too expensive for was we got.
Members of staff were fantastic, always happy to help. The gardens were very nice.

United StatesLocation is not the best , the room was very spacious but we need few things, it was only one chair in the room, not hair dryer, the water pressure was very bad and the shower hose was moving so much that it was difficult to shower. The room was extremely hot and we had some things that needed a cool place so we let the ac just cool enough to keep the place fresh and they turned off when we were gone. Housekeeping did our room service but they didn’t changed our towels so we had to put them outside to get them dry . I won’t stay here again . Very peaceful and staff are very friendly
