Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Great location with ocean views. Easy walk to the center of town and all the restaurants. The bar had good cocktails - one of the better mezcalitas that we had in Loreto. The room was spacious, and the showers were nice and hot (something that wasn't very consistent at another place we stayed at in Loreto).

United StatesWish the wood fired pizza restaurant/bar would have opened early enough for lunch (it didn't open until 2 pm and we had to leave before then).....the pizza looked so good! Also, I wish there was drinking water in the rooms....most places in Mexico come with a big water jug/dispenser but this one didn't. Perhaps it's ok to drink the tap water at this hotel, but that's unusual....so we didn't risk it.
Rooms were very spacious, beds amazingly comfy, large balcony overlooking the pool, bar and Sea of Cortez was wonderful.

United StatesWhen I checked in the front desk didn't tell me they had a lot behind the hotel, so I drove around for quite awhile looking for a place to park that was reasonably close.

CanadaWe would like a small fridge....even for a small fee.Even some ice. I had leftover food that was spoiled due to no refrigerator. Having a drink in the room...while getting ready for dining would be nice.
Location is great. When we need accomodations we go to Le Mision first....It's luxurious.. expensive but a treat

After a long day on the road, this was a perfect luxurious respite. Very clean, beautiful views on the ocean, quiet and safe parking - I was able to park my car out front and see it from my balcony. I also very much enjoyed being able to have coffee as part of the room service.
