Wow, 5 stars all around. Everything was great. The room, the bathroom, breakfast, the staff, all of it. I arrived very late and the key was waiting for me and I was quickly ushered to my room without hassle. I was worried no one would be there to open the gate yet they have security at night who watches the gate. Jungle vibes for sure! Will definitely be back.

We were sorry to have to leave after only one night! It was a disappointment that the restaurant and bar were closed from 4pm, which means you are required to go into the nearby town (which is only a 5 minute drive, but still, not walkeable). Would have liked to be able to have a nightcap at the hotel bar itself afterwards, but this was not an option unfortunately. Service at breakfast was also quite slow as only one member of staff was available to serve dishes and take orders, it could be irritating if you are in a hurry (we were not thankfully).

Very attractive small-scale hotel with beautiful grounds, pools and rooms. We stayed one night on our last night in Mexico and were very disappointed not to be able to stay longer. Everything is beautifully decorated and we were received warmly by very friendly staff. The rooms were also well-equipped and designed, and especially loved the inside/outside shower. The included breakfast was good value for money, although service was a little bit slow. Hotel is within 5 minute drive of the nearby town/village which has several good options for local restaurants at very reasonable prices. Even though the road to the hotel goes through the jungle it is still perfectly fine to drive in the dark.

I can not identify a single thing we didn't like.

The staff were wonderful. Edson and Antonio are the best! We loved the peace and tranquility. The lap pool is great and just a few steps from our rooms. Breakfast is excellent! My daughter and I had the best massages. This is my second visit, and I trust there will be many more. We came for peace and found it.

The resturant closed at 4 so we had to drive to Chemuyil to get dinner. It would be nice if the bar and resturant was open 1-2 hours in the evening

If you are looking for tranquility, ambiance, peace, silence, wild nature sounds, this place is for you! Rather small, well maintained, beautifully designed hotel with 2 swimming pools, lovely, friendly, helpful and attentive team, a bar and a restaurant. Highly recommended!

The best place of the whole Yucatan! We were really full with the lot of people in Playa del Carmen and Tulum, so we were looking for a quiet and peacefull place! Here we found heaven! The crew, the location, the whole place made us to stay there as much as we can! If you can only visit one place, make it this one and you will not be disappointed! The only place for our whole life, where the place looked so much better in person, than in photos!

The hotel is located a little bit off road. At first you think you got lost, but after a few days it is perfectly fine.

The staff is very very helpful, joyful and very kind. The wake up with a smile every morning. We were with a big group for 10 days and had the best time. Mostly because of the staff. The beds are also comfortable.

Everything was perfect, the team took care of any needs (extra Blanchette)- very approachable

Ettson and his team were wonderful from the moment we arrived to when we departed. The hotel itself is a really lovely space with a great feel to it. The staff make you feel exceptionally welcome and comfortable in the environment. We were very lucky to find it and perfect for rest and relaxation. Special mention to Alex for his great barmanship, always friendly and creating some beautiful cocktails. Also to the chef, the food was really fresh and made with a lot of care and skill- delicious!! And of course to Antonio who kept us entertained and made us feel at home. Last but not least- Phillipo, Bea and Benji who are a calming influence who add to the character! Thank you again to Ettson and his amazing team! We hope to see you again sometime soon.

It would be better if the opening times, menus and prices were clearly listed either on a paper or on a website.

Stylish, secluded haven in an area that is not yet full of tourists. We had amazing time here! For the best experience I would suggest this place for people with their own car as it is secluded. The closeby village Chemuyil had a very local vibe, little grocery stores and restaurants. We only ate at La Palapa there but their grilled food was the best we had in Mexico. Also plenty of Cenotes nearby.

Although staff is very nice and informative they lack efficiency to a somewhat annoying level. During our visit it was not at all busy, but breakfast was taking extremely long (we stopped it halfway the 2nd day, because we had to leave on time for a flight). Dinner was above okay the 1st night, the 2nd dinner didn't reach that level. Due to the deserted location a good and professional dining facility is essential.

In my opinion you definitely need to rent a car since the hotel is in the middle of nowhere and the roads are very bumby. No close restaurants. The restaurant of the hotel serves good food and good drinks, but the menue is underwhelming and only has a few options to choose from. We tried it once but we decided to eat somewhere else for the next days. Almost every day around noon the water was turned off (?). I wished the hotel would have openly communicate it in advance, so we didn‘t get suprised when the toilet is not flushing anymore.

A nice small Hotel in the middle of a jungle. Even though the manager told us all rooms are occupied, it didn‘t feel overcrowed. Nice clean pool area. The staff were super friendly and helpful. For us it was a good spot to start our daytrips.

Music could be more less pop and more zen as well, something calming or lounge. People choosing such location indeed do not look for the party :-) dinner was good but a bit expensive, though worth it.

Super beautiful, zen place in the middle of the jungle. You relax once step in.
