Amazing hotel in heart of Valladolid! Would really recommend! We stayed here for 2 nights and had a great experience. Staff were very friendly and helpful, gave us a lot of advice and information on things to do in the neighborhood. 30min drive to Chichén Itzá. Breakfast was really good and rooms were very nice and comfortable! Location was perfect too.

The place is really fantastic. It was recently opened a couple of months ago, everything is very well organized and maintained. Rooms are very spacious, clean, comfortable and with a nice terrace. The common area with the pool and restaurant is spacious and very inviting. Breakfast was delicious. Locations is great at the end of a famous street in Valladolid with many shops and a couple of min walk to the center. Staff was very helpful and friendly too. I rarely give a 10 but this hotel deserves it.

It was difficult to find, being set back from the street at least 40 meters, and because there is another hotel in the town with the same name (which confused the taxi driver).

The room was very nice, with a small terrace. The breakfast was good. The pool was small but pleasing. It was quiet despite being on a large square. Lots of good restaurants nearby.

We would have appreciated a breakfast option that doesn‘t include eggs and for our personal taste the blankets were too thick considering the hot temperatures.

We liked our stay in the hotel and it was great to have a pool to cool down from the heat. The staff was great and they really tried their best to make our stay as nice as possible. In front of the hotel, a small café is offering drinks and little snacks which is very nice. Also one of the nicest streets in the city is just around the corner and we felt very safe even at night.

In a fantastic position in Valladoilid on one of the nicest roads and close to an open area infront of the old convent. A few good bars and restaurants on the same road and a five minute walk into the central square. Very friendly staff who were wanting feedback to improve things for customers. Large room and seating area. Nice pool and outdoor seating. Good breakfast. My only negative comment would be that the hotel is very style focused with lots of clean lines which impacts on some areas of practicality eg no hooks or rails to hang wet towels on. I would definetely stay again.

The place has charm and the rooms are beautiful, new and comfortable. The staff is great, kind and very responsive. The location is phenomenal with all the coolest restaurants nearby. The receptionist helped us with everything including arranging a tour and rent bikes.

The bed in the main room was a bit too firm and the pillows are very hard. The gorgeous, tiled floors and high ceilings also make the room quite loud.

Breakfast was excellent - many choices (even pancakes for the kids). The pool area is beautiful. Everything was spotless and so tastefully designed and decorated and the staff was very welcoming and kind. We loved our stay.

Food at breakfast was a bit disappointing to be honest (expresso is not included) No bin at the room I would recommend to add conditioner and body lotion Loud music coming from a restaurant nearby until 1AM - we stayed at one jardin deluxe room.

A beautiful restoration of a historic building in Valladolid! Everything looks new. We enjoyed being close the convent, and restaurants, but in a quiet area. The staff is great, and we enjoyed the breakfast in the patio, near the pool.

Los Frailes is very conveniently located in the nicest neighborough of Valladolid. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and tidy. The common areas are well decorated and stylish.

We did not get the room that we have booked and paid for! You are selling deluxe room, with jacuzzi, which is the most expensive. In description of this room is stated that room has a pool view, garden view and inyard view. Those three are views are not listed as tentative views, but as something that a room has. We got room with literally zero view - watching roof and next building! See the picture attached. This is very missleading and wrong!!!!! I am adding a photo of a view we got instead of what we paid for.

There’s nothing specific I didn’t like, it was great. Just as a reccomdation, the place could have a couple more furnishing to make it more cosy, and less empty. Maybe something to put clothes on within the bedroom, a lamp in the living area etc. But nothing was bad at all, it’s a lovely place to stay!

Really lovely place to stay in Valladolid, close to the convent, Los Frailes, and many restaurants. Our place was really comfortable, the bed was great to relax, everything was super clean and well presented. The staff were all lovely, very helpful and kind. Breakfast had a few options to choose from each day, and the food was lovely. As a fairly new place, it was a great stay and I enjoyed the time here.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I've been. The breakfast is great, the hotel stuff is great, the hotel is fresh and clean. If I ever visit Valladolid again I will definitely return to this hotel
