The only drawback was the distance form the city centre. We were staying for four days and took a lot of taxis initially before discovering that many of the buses across the road went into or close to the centre - and that was great.

We really liked this hotel and the staff. The rooms were well decorated and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The people in reception were very welcoming and the cleaning staff were excellent. The pool was lovely and we almost had it to ourselves. It was very quiet - hard to believe you are in a big city.

It was supposed to be a calm place, outside the centre, but the kids were running, playing outside our room till 3 am (this might been because of Dia de Muertes, but it happened two nights in a row). TV remote control is hard to understand. We had an early flight and there was no hot water at night. The pool is oh so cold.

Very good breakfast although it's for additional cost (160 pesos). Room cleaning works like a clock. I enjoyed the memory pillows.

Everything was fine and good but the wifi wasn't really working good but overall the hotel had great service.

The Hotel is beautiful, very relaxing and I love the garden. The service was and and the employees were amazing, very atentitive.

It was far away from downtown. No way you can walk, there was a strike one day, because the whole town has a lack of water no taxi wanted to take us back to the hotel and we ended up walking for an hour. They should specify in their website that they do not serve alcohol and that you are not allowed to have alcohol in your room if they have to clean any empty bottles, you will be charged $200 the restaurant is vegetarian which is fine, but the hotel is not in a good neighborhood. So the restaurants around there are not very nice .

The whole area resembles a basic motel where you may wanna sleep over rather than enjoy your stay. The rooms are very dark. The walls are as if made of paper and the pool could have been better maintained. I have also never seen a closet in a bathroom 😀. Finally, the price is pretty steep for what it has to offer. There are hotels for almost half a price that are somewhat cozier in the region.

There's a free parking which is why I picked this place. There's a huge supermarket right next doors.

Staff seemed not to care about anything. He gave us the key without mentioning the pool or breakfast and they couldn't answer any questions. Also, I know it's my fault not speaking Spanish in a Spanish speaking country, but I did chose this hostel also because it said English speaking staff. But nobody did. Quite disappointing since we were looking to get some help

Room was big and clean. Beautiful garden and nice pool. Overall, this could be quite a hotel.
