The room was very spacious, clean and quiet. The mattress was excellent and everything functioned perfectly. Our studio overlooked the pool and tree lined street. Marvin, our host, was proactive, friendly and very helpful. The pool area is beautiful and very well maintained. And the location is ideal being only blocks from the beach and many excellent restaurants, while yet being on a quiet street and park.

I personally prefer silence to music, and there were some (not loud and cool) music around the pool, but all the other places had some music - so that was okay.

It's a gem, the owner is super friendly, and the room was beautiful and comfy. The pool area is really nice. Very good location. Cannot do better. Next door café serves phenomenal breakfast.

The bathroom sink faucet is not very functional. It is a spray rather than simply running water. Certainly not a deal breaker!

Location was quiet and easily walkable to the beach and places to eat. There was an excellent breakfast/brunch spot directly across the street.

Nothing to report - it’s fantastic. I am a dog lover but even if you aren’t a big fan of dogs she’s a respectful and well mannered pup.

This place is exceptional. I am fussy and have lots to say usually - I can’t fault these guys. The property is spotless, fantastically located, 10/10 bed, fab decor. It’s comfortable and welcoming. The owners are super helpful with good recommendations for local food (not tourist tat on 5th Ave), they have thought of everything for your comfort (great coffee and percolator, little beach bag with flasks and towels) etc. They are very relaxed and it’s all about making you feel homey. If you are suspicious about the rating, don’t be - I can find absolutely no fault. Also - cute dog 😍😍😍

A great location close to the action but far enough out from the Main Street to be nice and quiet. The room was fantastic and the bed might be the comfiest we’ve ever slept in! Hosts were really nice and gave some great recommendations of things to do and see in the area. A perfect stay :)

Perfect hosts, quiet location, which is close to the main street and the beach. Large room and very nice room. The host provides everything which you could think of (hair dryer, beach equipment, sight seeing recommendations, etc)

The only thing to note is the sink faucet. Instead of a regular aerator, a shower head was attached and it splatters easily. I think a less violent faucet head would be better. The second thing that LOTE4 doesn't have control is the morning noise. Every morning there would be noises such as municipal sweepers or birds. If you want to sleep in, use an ear plug.

The location was perfect! It was close to everything but not too close where it was noisy. Everything was a walking distance and I loved that it was more private than those huge chain hotels where there’s so many people. I love being greeted by their dog Pop, she was super friendly and cute. Their place had ac which was a huge plus and also a kitchen. It was like an apartment which was amazing.

Amazing property! The whole space is an oasis in Playa del Carmen. Quiet, relaxing, comfortable and beautiful. Studio kitchen is well equipped too. Bed comfy, towels perfect. Great location, not far from 5th Ave. The manager was incredibly helpful and kind. The dog is cute too.

I usually always find something but it was perfect

By far one of the best places i stayed in through booking.com. Great apartments. Super clean and cozy. Cleanest pool I've seen in Mexico. Location is great, close to the center but in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We came to celebrate our honeymoon and received a cava bottle. Marvin was super helpful with everything and always responsive. Best thing is that we booked 4 nights in this great place.

The only thing we didn’t like about LOTE4 is we didn’t book it longer.

If your looking for something next level and very close to 5th Ave then do yourself a favour and book this modern contemporary apartment with excellent facilities that really create an environment you won’t want to leave. The internal design of the apartments that LOTE4 offer are beautiful and so clean making them such a pleasure to stay in during your visit. If you want to escape the Caribbean heat you can chill and relax around the secluded and private pool area, this is just one of the many highlights this stunning apartment has to offer it’s guests, such a great way to unwind after exploring the area. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the Playa area without hesitation.
