Wi-Fi signal is a bit weak, but it works.

That hotel has a great location right in the middle of the city, very close both to the most popular streets and to the beach. Despite it’s very close to the most party places, it’s still very calm inside. It very beautifully designed. You really feel yourself somewhere in jungles. It also has a small spa, which is also nice to have after long day. Breakfast was great too. I would really recommend this place to stay in Playa del Carmen.

Nothing, really

The staff were friendly, the facilities were great and overall the value for money with the massage daily was excellent. Also, it is so well located, 2 minute walk to Quinta Avenida and across the road from Coco Bongo for those that want to get out for a show. Not far from the city itself either, excellent.

unfortunately it is quite loud around the hotel. (party people) they gave me the loudest room for the first night, but after I changed that was no longer a problem. one of the waiters (older guy) was weird, not too friendly, kept staring and ignoring people I was asked various times by the hotel staff if my partner is coming as well and gut unbelieving comments when I said hat it was just me

The rooms need a general renovation, towels made of polyester do not absorb anything, I have never seen such a thing. But everything else in the hotel is excellent, the pool, the jacuzzi, the food.

The rooms at the end are noisy as there a big street behind. The spa included in some of the fares is a waste of time. And they need to put toilet brushes in the toilets, it is a basic!

The hotel is more quite that all the others around as it's located a little bit farther from the blasting clubs. Yet it is 2 min walk from 5th avenue. The breakfast is great. The pool area is quite and nice. Overall a good experience.

good location, near to restaurants and the beach, the pool is great i found books for read and it is quiet, I like the vegetation with palm trees and hammocks, the bar next to the pool has delicious drinks, and the jacuzzi next to the pool likes the temperature of water.

Some days there were no sun beds available to use by the pool as some people had reserved with towels. I feel that this could be better monitored by staff.

Good breakfast with quick drinks service. The choice was not huge but enough for our short stay. Staff were able to make up a boxed breakfast as we left early one day for an excursion (box included banana, ham and lettuce sandwich and pain au chocolate). Excellent location with beautiful space to sit by the pool/jacuzzi.

We had a spa session included. Because I had some questions to book a separate massage we started the spa treatment late and the staff didn't let us finish the spa treatment, ushering us out the door. I didn't appreciate this very much.

Beautiful hotel with super nice pool and spa. The garden is super green and luscious. It feels and looks like a boutique hotel and for the price is a great value for your money. The staff of the reception was really nice.

The pool was not clean. Nozzles in the pool were not on not once during our 8 night stay, so the water in the pool was not changing nor cleaned. One morning I saw them filling the pool with a hose, that’s it. Due to this the pool was really warm, warmer than body temperature so to enjoy the pool area was not possible during the extremely hot days (every day). The AC in our room broke on two different nights. The staff was really helpfull and it got fixed pretty fast. The room which we stayid in, was a bit outdated. Generally the rooms were kept clean, but I feel that the rooms would have needed some updating and some effient cleaning. The neighbouring building had dogs that barked for several hours on some nights. Also some noise from the near by clubs. With earplugs sleeping was ok. The breakfast was really a meat eaters paradise so for a vegetarian (who does not eat eggs or dairy) there was not really much to enjoy. The breakfast place served lots of customers from outside the hotel, so almost every morning there was somebody’s birthday, baby shower or business meetings. These events made the breakfast time quite noisy and hectic.

The hotel is in very good location and the yard is beautiful.

The room with a patio that has hammock blocked our entry and exits we need to turn and bend to do that and it s not Feng shui. Secondly the bathroom shower head is bad, the water output is so little and so weak and took me longer to shower. Bad bathroom light the bulb is like in mental institution and prison. Cold fluorescent blub. It is bad for me to go in for toilet and showering. Gives me the creeps

There is no onsite parking. We paid extra to include the massage option and we were told the massage was 50 minutes but it felt short on the first day so the following day I checked the spa clock when it started and finished and it was only 35 minutes. DO NOT buy your Coco Bongo tickets from them, coco bongo is directly across the street but we bought our tickets from the hotel thinking they might make some commission, we were assured we would pay exactly the same as buying tickets direct. This was absolutely not the case, we got charged a terrible rate for USD conversion and with the 5% card fee paid an extra €40 for 2 tickets! To be honest this really tainted our experience of the hotel

Quiet oasis in the middle of Playa de Carmen. Adults only small boutique hotel that was safe, comfortable and convenient to everything in Playa. Great pool area and lovely spa facilities.

Beautiful garden and foliage in the property - really stunning to spend the days sipping cocktails by the pool Staff were all lovely in particular Charlie on the front desk Great breakfast spread too and all the staff who worked there were friendly. Comfortable beds to sleep in and nice balcony to relax on

location is right across from coco bongo so it can be loud at night.

we loved the pool and amazing service at the bar (shoutout to Manuel and Irma). the room we got was fabulous and the staff left a special birthday surprise for me. the breakfast buffet was lovely. we really enjoyed being able to drop off our luggage when we got to the location early and were able enjoy the pool while we waited for our room. the staff was overall wonderful we would definitely stay here again.
