The windows of my room did not face the outside but only the corridor of the hotel. So I did not get fresh air from the outside.

The hotel is very well located, in a quiet area, not too far driving from the bus terminal and on a walking distance from the Mercado Hidalgo and the historic centre. Room was clean and comfortable, with hairdryer. Breakfast was tasty, and the bread was better than elsewhere. And the mercado is near if you need extras like fresh fruits.

Everything was fine. No complaints. Good hotel.

Great hot breakfast. Spacious and clean room. Polite and efficient staff. Did some laundry there with quick turnaround and reasonable cost. Nice location very close to city center. Would assuredly stay again and recommend.

It’s a little loud because it echoes, but not so loud we couldn’t easily sleep.

Excellent location! Not in the main tourist central area, but a nice little walk up there. Rooms were well sized, especially for the price. Good shower too! The workers were all very friendly and accommodating, including storing some almond milk in their fridge for us (no fridges in the room). The free breakfast was super delicious, and we really felt taken care of.

1. The Wi-Fi is not good at 4th floor and the hotel cannot fix it. 2. Not so much breakfast options to choose.

Our bathroom had mold in the ceiling and it smelled like mold. The shower window can be opened but someone in the floor above us could see down and inside the shower, so no privacy. There were no smoking signs in tbe hallway but someone was still smoking. The beds were not that comfortable and moved from their base throughout the night. Towels were rough and one small toilet paper roll was provided at a time. There was a light outside our window and the curtains are not meabt to blackout any light so nights were pretty much iluminated.

The staff was nice, they accomodated us as best as they could. They work with a tour company that offers several tours, it picks up guest at the front of the hotel and drops off there too. The breakfast was good and the location of this hotel is perfect for being away from the center, but still close enough to the garden del cantado, shops and city center. Guanajuato was beautiful and staying here made it comfortable and enjoyable.

The room was extremely hot as there was no passage of air. For this reason, it smelled like mold in the room as well as there was a mashrooms all over the ceiling in the bathroom. Such things should not appear in any standard of hotel rooms. For this it is a big minus and I would not choose the hotel again.

Most (if not all) of the rooms have interior windows that face into a hallway. If other guests are noisy (which happened on our first night), the noise can reverberate quite loudly. The problem is that there is no air conditioning and so you cannot close up the windows completely. The room was much too warm for us, although they do provide a good fan that helps a lot. Still I would not recommend staying here during the hot season unless you sleep in the heat.

The room was quite large and the shower worked well. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The location is on the edge of central Guanajuato and the area is not as noisy as the historic center. I think it is a perfect place if you want to be very near to the center but away from the noise. The lobby is quite nice and relaxing with sofas and more to make a very attractive entrance area. The breakfast is quite good and plentiful. Nice service too is provided during breakfast.

Walls are not isolated and you hear neighbours and people in the corridor. Not really annoying. However our stay isn’t good because we book for 2 adults and 2 kids (we paid for a room of 4) on booking with the breakfast included. When we went to the breakfast room the personnel told us we have to pay for the kids because it was not included. In our reservation it was written included without any exception for the kids thanks to the fact we paid a room for 4 and for 2 with a tolerance for kids. The personnel didn’t want to hear anything and was not friendly. According so we left without taking the breakfast.
