Super basic (minimal towels, soap etc). Bleeping noise in the corridor all night.

Ideal location opposite the bus station for late arrivals or early departures. Huge room, comfortable enough bed, ok bathroom, ok WiFi. Restaurant ok too. Not expensive.

I was awaken at 6 am the cleaning ladies coming in my room and saw us sleeping and then left and then 2 hours later they came back walked in the room and saw us and left I was like what they kicking us out this early I just packed and left I didn’t even get breakfast

Rooms have a details like broken handles, leaking bathtub and aircon. Swimming pool (in Easter) was un desaster, probably much better and cleaner when less people. Breakfast is so so

We had a room with a bath, the room was quite big, more o less clean, modern design everything how i like.

The Room was too Old, was on Section One,is because I maked reservación through Booking.com, Because 2 years ago they give me a Better Room on Different Section.

Excellent for my stay arrived at 7 am from bus across the street just walked over staff was excellent gave me a room , the room is comfortable , clean , bigger room than expected , would stay again .

Suggest do a better job on the small garden area in fornt of the rooms on the main floor, there are a lot of cigarette remains which make them look bad. The parking area also needs to be free of plastic bottles and other debris.

Hotel is near downtown of city which makes it a good location as you are able to reach tourist places within minutes. Staff is kind, courteous and willing to make your stay a better one. The pools are very large and at good temperature water.

Right from the beginning that lady that was at the reception was rude like she was being bothered by our presence or maybe she just don’t like her job she was she giving as a look like oh more tourist the she was talking mess with one of the guards it was obvious because of her expression Then our room had roaches, live wires hanging from the mirror above the sink ( safety hazard) Towels look old and reaping from the edges lol Water knobs don’t work properly Their gate don’t work we have to wait for a guard to come out his booth and lift it manually which he does it in a very rude manner by giving you a mean look not even a good morning or welcome to Maria Dolores I will be mad too if I have to lug that gate every time ( just fix that gate ) prices are high enough to cover that maintenance issue The only reason I stay there is because is one of the best ones of the area but I was disappointed

Hotel is very over rated ... pictures are a lie.. housekeeping was great ... I asked for a fan and they didn't have any .. a/C sucked .. the door was hard to luck ... food was not great .. sorry not staying there again

Its the worst hotel room I had with booking.com, I could not take shower that night because The bathroom light was flashing and gave me a headache i had travel all day and was tired, so i went to bed and could not sleep very well next day i wash on zinc in darkness and had to be on road early so i told management i need it to be reinburse and was told too bad, I have no idea what Booking .com is doing with places like this, i am still waiting in reinbursment on an hotel in Viña del mar Chile, I hope you do the right thing for me.

Rooms old, look like they haven’t been upgraded since the 80’s…curtains were loose and hanging tiolet seat was loose, not enough light bulbs .. room was dark.. Plus we had to keep asking for bath mats no hand-soap. Just overall disappointing, will never stay there again. I would honestly rate a good 2 1/2 to maybe 3 stars.

The first room we were assigned was filthy. They were very slow to correct the situation. Additionally. We specifically asked for a room that was for people with physical disabilities. I received a message from the hotel saying they had rooms for People with disabilities. We especially wanted grab bars in the restroom. After viewing the room, I went to the front desk and told them that the room was not for people who were. disabled. The front desk attendant told me that my. room was for the disabled because it was on the first floor and besides they did not have rooms For disabled people.

The breakfast was fine. The restaurant staff was very good.
