Beach club access isn’t right at the hotel

There isn't any beach club. They say there is and if you walk down the road to the gas station there is a 50ft stretch of gas soaked sand that the seagulls are eating the guts of today's catch.

The cleaning staff is excellent.

We were there for 2 weeks; so some of our concerns should be viewed in that light. No coffee maker or mini fridge in room. The hotel played music around the pool area daily the volume was just a bit loud for normal conversation, but was turned off everyday at 9pm. The Beach Club is not attached to the hotel,it is a short walk away. Nice beach, a lot of fishing boats tied up in front of the beach.

Very clean, good central location. The chef Raul went out of his way to accommodate my wife's dietary requirements.

I felt the bathroom was dark & dated.

We stayed 2 nights to start off a month long stayin a tiny beach town. The breakfast nice, we really enjoyed the beach club which had great food & service and its own pool! The service around hotel pool was slower. We liked wandering around the marina and were able to get groceries just up the hill for our next stop.

1. Not being able to bring your won drinks or snacks to the pool is very inconvenient Having young children, this is particularly frustrating. I am paying for a room, I should be able to drink or eat where ever I like on the hotel property. 2. The menu is very expensive. Margaritas were 200 pesos. This is crazy. Even at fancy hotels in Las Vegas margaritas are not this much money. 3. The overall menus was very expensive for the quality of food that was provided. 4. The inclusive breakfast menu was very limited and there were no children options. 3 hotcakes for a child is too much food. What a waste. There should be a children's menu. 5. The bellhop was not very friendly. He never smiled or said hello and often was scowling. If he does not want to work in customer service, he should go do something else.

The rooms were good, the pool was great. The hotel was clean and beautifully decorated. I appreciated the thought and detail put into the gardens. The front desk staff were helpful and accommodating.

There are lots and lots of stairs to navigate your luggage. No elevators. The rooms are small and no place to sit except on the bed to watch tv or put on your shoes. The furniture was pretty shabby. The bathrooms are functional, typical of Mexico. I wish coffee was available before 8:00 AM.

The location was good, right across from the Marina and many restaurants. The pool area and beach club were nice. Our room had air conditioning and the shower had hot water. There was a restaurant on site and our breakfast was included.

Location is good, within 5 minutes of a few restaurants and the boats for tours is right across the street. The city center is a 20 minute walk up and over a nice pedestrian walkway.

Asked for a blanket and never got one on the 3 days I stayed, breakfast was included but no for my kid even when i added him on the reservation.

Pool was good and one of the girl at restaurant was kind, it is a clean hotel and very close to some attractions.

The room has no Frigobar and it is very necessary for the hot weather. I wanted a cold beverage to take during my morning runs and it wasn't possible.

Location, because we went to attend the triathlon, and the start line and finish line were really close to the hotel. And the beach club is really nice.

Towels; we stayed in room 231 and lighting in hall was out area was dark; brick color of floor stains; air conditioner needed more freon, didn't cool that much; facility needs improvements
