I think the sofa set needs a deep cleaning. The master shower is also leaking into the bathroom. Some attention need to be made to the details.

It’s very spacious and the service is very good. I had a problem with the noise the aircon made and they moved me to another unit. I feel safe as a single female traveler in the property and in the neighbourhood.

We found the language barrier very difficult. Whist we have no expectation of anyone to have to speak English it is very difficult communicating with front desk staff that have no understanding. 3 times we discussed getting a car to the airport and gave them the address. Only to find we owed the driver and extra 1050 pesos (on top of 350) to take us to the right airport. We got there as it was go to gate. The only other issue is the lack of sound proofing we constantly heard the people upstairs. Who usually got in about 3.30 am. It would really help if the legs of chairs had pads put under them as the scraping as they were pulled out and in was very noisy. However the apartment is lovely, the area great with easy access to other areas, the staff very friendly and close to major attractions. We would stay again but would definitely bring chair pads😆 there’s no way we could have got that message across without a physical item.

We loved the apartment. It was well fitted out and immaculate. The beds were very comfy.

The place was exceedingly spacious with wrap around porch. The toiletries were very nice and they provide plenty so you do not run out. Cleaning staff was great and paid attention to small details and returned some money we had dropped under the bed without realizing. Right next to a Walmart and cute cafe for convenience.

The location! it is very nice and quite neigborhood. and it is right between Roma and old city town area, thus walking distance to fance or local street food locations.

I didn't have direct communication (vía message) with anyone--in case I wanted to request late check-out or found out that the coffee maker didn't work. Instead, I had to go downstairs and talk to the night guard, which can be a bit awkward.

Stunning apartment with amazing views. Very well-appointed with attention to details often missed in hotels such as paper towels, napkins and a starter packet of coffee for the coffee pot that made 2 pots!

Basically all good but unit needs a little owner attention: curtains were falling off the rods; lamp lightbulb falling off the lamp; and cable box falling off the TV. No sppons, some chipped glasses. Overall OK but won'r be if someone does pay attention to the details. Note: no AC other than in master bedroom so avoid during very warm period. We were told they normally had large fans but they were somehow not available.

This is an incredible hotel. The space of an apartment but the comforts of a hotel with daily maid service and 24/7 doorman/front desk. The entire apartment is amazing and the staff is excellent. They have several properties and this is the best hotel group in Mexico City.

The apartment was very well furnished and well stocked with crockery, cutlery etc. The staff were very helpful., bringing a kettle so we could boil water for tea and a portable air conditioner to help cool the living room area. We also left a bag with some jewelry behind in error and the staff let us know and helped arrange to fet it back to us.

Blackout shade in the main bedroom didn’t work very well. Not a big deal, but, the light carries well into the bedroom at night.

If one were to nitpick a little, the blackout shade in the master bedroom hallway, adjacent to the bathroom isn’t fully blacked out. A pretty minuscule area of improvement.

The apartment unit is simply beautiful. It was clean, comfortable, modern, and well appointed with smart furnishings. I also very much appreciated the hospitality of the staff. They welcomed me warmly and continually catered to my needs. Additionally, I appreciated the eco-consciousness of the well stocked full-sized toiletries.
