I like very much everything! the size of the room , the fact that u could use the pool of the other hotel condo... even if it was so close to the quinta avenida the noise wasn t so bad for us :) we ll be back

Nothing, we loved it. I have seen some comments re the loud nightclubs down the road, but they aren't that close and even with a street side apartment it did not stop us sleeping.

We had a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment at this great condo hotel. Very well designed space, cosy and comfortable and our own private balcony. Thoughtful provision - everything you need in the kitchen, ice in the freezer, free coffee and soft drinks on arrival and other nice touches. Good communication. The pool looks strange on photos but in reality the long thin ribbon pool with a waterfall at one end and hot tub at the other was perfect - good temperature, out of the direct sunlight, we enjoyed it. Access to a beach club nearby was fabulous - free sun loungers on the beach and next to the bigger pool in the adjacent hotel. Great beach/ sea view and lovely service from the beach club staff. Good food incl seafood. Loved watching the pelicans and other passers by from comfy sun loungers. Best hotel/ facilities/ service/ value for money in our whole mexico trip - highly recommended!

Having to wear a wristband seemed unnecessary and really alerted locals that you were a tourist. Also we were on third floor and there is no elevator. Made returning from store with groceries and bringing luggage down challenging.

Location was excellent. Full working kitchen with all of the essentials. Beds were comfortable and showers had warm water and excellent pressure! Pool was refreshing but not really for swimming as was very narrow but it was heated unlike other properties we’ve stayed at.

The Spanish speaking female at beach club entrance was cold, rude and unhelpful and used language barrier (she may or may not speak English??) as a means to cut me off. There wasn’t a rush, no one in line but couldn’t give me a minute to talk. We came twice to beach club the first day two men were very nice. Second day one woman only and she displayed apparent disdain…thankfully I already knew routine as she had no intention of facilitating the experience for us.

The property is beautiful! The only down side is there’s not a convenient beach near by. We tried the two local beaches within walking distance and they were rather crowded, maybe on a week day it would be better. We didn’t stay in a roof top unit, so there was also not a great place to lay by the pool. If you planned to travel to another beach or don’t intend to spend time at one, this location is great.

My only problem was our room was directly overlooking the street which meant the bedroom on that side did get a lot of street noise all night and music playing until late. I would stay again because the condos are lovely and in a great location but I would be asking for a condo further away from the main road.

Good size villas with coffee machine and coffee. Some hotels don’t have coffee but this one did which is great. Nice size balconies to sit for a drink .

Everything was great. The pool was nice but small. It didn’t bother us at all though as we were there for the beach anyway.

Everything was just as we expected from the pictures. It was clean and spacious and very comfortable. We were a family of 5 and had plenty of space for everyone in a two bedroom two bathroom condo. The condo is just a short walk from fifth avenue and all the restaurants etc. The beach is also close.

If you want to use the airport shuttle you have to book 24 hours in advanced. We didn’t know this and only stayed one night in the hotel, so it was impossible to know this on time! We were a bit disappointed.

There was no option of turning down the heater or turning off the outside jacuzzi, meaning it was steaming hot ALL the time - even during a hot 32C day. Waste of energy... Also we noticed that th pool wasn't cleaned on 3 consecutive days during our stay. Overall ok, but leaves from the botanicals/trees drops into the pool (so would have been nice)

Super atmosphere. Nice and comfy beds, close to the city center but yet not tooooo much noise from th nearby "club area". 2 nearby restaurant choices for breakfast (pls note: NOT on site at the hotel). The ASI restaurant was particular close and with lots of delicious choices.

I loved everything about the property. I had no issues.

The property was awesome. I was not expecting the condo to be the way it was. I was expecting much less as some times pictures makes the place look nicer. Except this time I was amazed the way this property looked.
