There was ZERO wifi in my room ( #1). This room was stated as ‘ sea view’ on Booking.com….. it definitely was NOT. There is a small plunge pool on the 3rd floor~

Staff was not able to speak English very well. Communication issues. The room has a broken side table beside the bed and the cabinet under the bathroom sink was falling off. There was a hole in the tile flooring entering the hotel that I almost tripping in.

Great location right on 5th Ave. If you want to party and be in the middle of everything, this is place is great. The facilities are very mediocre. Staff was friendly.

Not really any hot water. Rinsed my feet after the beach and there was hot water, took a shower later and then there was none. The rooms DO NOT have sea views, that's the only reason I booked it. Cigarette buts in the plants on the balcony, the poor plants desperately need some water as well. I knew it would be loud because of the location, so book somewhere else if you need to sleep or want to take a proper shower

Poor cleaning, we find a cockroach in corridor and 1 in bed. The bathroom was no super clean. The door for the shower doesn’t work well.

Can be little busy outside since this is located on a main street with regards to night life. We arrived early and asked if we could store luggage before checking in, but were met with rejection. A little flexibility would be helpful.

Everything! Sheets/towels are overused, the towels looks like mop! Bathroom need serious renovation (dirt, bad smells, rusts…). Extra 25$ fees I f you pay card. The person has no change that night so I had to wait the day after (supposed to be there at 10am but arrived after 11 am) to get my change. And due to location, loud music until 3am.

Everything was really dirty, even the corridors, full of dust. The smell in the bathroom was disgusting, you couldn’t stand it for more than 20 seconds. We also saw a cocrach.

Disgusting dirty and loud. Bugs everywhere, mosquitoes, dirty towels, mold in bathroom, dirty sheets and rude rude staff. Avoid this place there is much much better.

This location is great but the room is god awful. Dirty, loud, dirty towels and sheets, no pool as advertised, no rooftop access. This place is terrible avoid. Not only that they charged me for their dirty sheets at a price of $25 usd. Stay far away from this dump.
