During our stay there were some problems with water and there was no water during the evening and night. Quite weak water pressure in the shower and a long wait for hot water. I guess this is a problem for all city hotels.

Spacious apartments with everything you need. In the photo the room looks smaller than it actually is. Daily cleaning, quiet place, no noisy bars or clubs nearby. Free underground parking. There is a Walmart nearby and it is very convenient. Definitely worth the money.

Perfect location, next to the bus station, next to super markets and next to the city center but at the same point super calm, away from the noise of the clubs! Stayed already 3 times here and will come back again… recommend to everyone

It was all perfect!

It was super new and very clean, next to it is a good coffee place. They even had parking for the car. City Center was very close and connected with a nice distant walk. (10 min)

The air conditioner in our room started leaking and they are placed right above the beds, but they were so great about getting us switched to a different upgraded room right away. The water pressure was just okay but that seems to be a pretty normal occurrence at a lot of places.

The location was nice. It was quiet and close enough to 5th avenue for a little walk. There were nice restaurants and even Walmart close by. There is also a little pop-up market near the hotel that we went to every night for snacks or a little shopping. We didn’t end up getting in the rooftop pool, but it looked really nice,albeit definitely smaller in real life than the photos.

Quiet place in the otherwise crazy town, both rooms and the rooftop swimming pool area were very nice! Recommended if you want to stay away from the main party street.

The shower in the bathroom is a little unpractical.

The location was good and the staff was nice and helpfull. It was close to the 5th avenue.

Was shocked on departure to be presented with a photo of a stained towel by the girls on reception. I explained on one occasion the bath towel provided was stained and the hand towels were a little past their best. I was told I should have complained. Little did I know I was going to be accused of causing the stain! Be warned!

Male receptionist very helpful and kind. I arrived early before a room was available and whilst waiting on the rooftop he came all the way up to give me my room key. All facilities, room, bed and housekeeping were excellent. Very enjoyable stay for 11 nights.

Everything was just perfect. Location is very convenient and in walkable distance to the ADO and the ferry terminal. The room is very spacious and the rooftop with the pool is super nice as well. We unfortunately just stayed for one night, but would highly recommend it.

Good location, clean, very friendly staff. Very cute rooms (mine had a kitchenette) and hacienda style building. Daily cleaning, and offered luggage storage. Would stay again!
