The showerhead in our private room is fixed to the wall very high, so the water actually sprays outside of the shower and in my case (157cm) right in my face. So we attached a waterbottle to try to steer the water a bit more down. It's the only thing we didn't like.

The location is excellent, in the historical center. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The room and general areas are very nice.

Amazing place in heart of historical center. Walking distance to major sights of interest. The property has a lot of charm and good facilities such as fully equipped kitchen, lounge areas, clean bathrooms. The room was comfortable and the staff were really nice.

Beds on lower bunk were sooooo low, always hitting my head, perpetual hunch to get in bunk, get out of bunk. Need curtains for bunks, air freshener in some areas - some smell in ladies bath on 1st floor, back bedroom on first floor [behind the stairs]

Excellent location, 2 blocks from metro, walkable to everything, many restaurants and shops nearby, down the street from Catedral Metropolitano, good price. Staff helpful, friendly, easy to book taxi to airport, large lockers!

I stayed at the women's 4 bed dorm for one night, it's was also very clean but you couldnt open the window at night because i think they are next to the waste water draw-off or something similar - it smelled really bad! so the air can get quite bad in there. also it was very loud, but hey - its mexico city.

It's one of the cleanest hostels I've been too! It's very nice, the first nights we had a private room that was huge and very comfortable, 10/10. in the womens 4 bed dorm they have huge lockers dor your stuff, otherwise it's quite small. but the beds are good too.

- Only some minor inconveniences: the lock on most of the bathroom stalls in the men’s area was broken, the lower bunk beds do not have much space to sit as the upper bed is much closer to the lower than at other places etc. All in all, I did not experience anything critical. Conclusion: For their usual price, this hostel is a great option for people who are on a budget yet still want something safe, clean and close to the city center.

- The historical city center is just a couple of steps from the hostel - They offer organized tours for a very reasonable price - Clean facilities - Spacious lockers in the rooms (you have to bring your own padlock though) - Warm water in the shower - Very polite and helpful receptionists - Lots of local and affordable places nearby to eat at - Free towels included in the price - Relatively quiet - this is definitely NOT a party hostel

Only little downside, there is no Wi-Fi on the rooftop so cannot work from there.

The cleaning staff is doing a great job, it's always sparkling clean. The kitchen has enough tables for everyone to sit and the commun areas are beautifully decorated with art and plants. The double room with shared bathroom is great value for the price. Our favorite hostel in Mexico !

The dorm beds were quite squeaky. There were no curtains. The distance between the top and bottom beds was too short so you could not sit up. There was no female toilets on the floor, only a shower room.

The place is around the corner from the main cathedral. Most of the staff were really helpful. The building is really nice and well maintained

Location, everything is close by Centro Histórico has more than 700 years of history, and the hostel is located in a colonial building. The decor is also very colonial Very clean, friendly and helpful staff, tea/coffee from 7:00-22:00 hours Comfortable beds.

Very loud. My window faced the streets and even with earplugs it was super noisy. Not only from the streets but also from the hallways. The doors also close very loud.

Well located, pretty architecture, my room was spacious and lovely, comfy bed and absolutely spotless. Common areas are functional but not cozy. The roof top is nice though.

It is a very busy hostel and from 8am to 11pm it is impossible to sleep. Most rooms (if not all) do not have windows. Very bad quality of pillows- they need replacement. The WiFi did not work all the time. It was stopping for few minutes and then back again.

Very centrally located. Easy to connect with other travellers. Generally clean, unless other guest are dirty in the shared areas. You could leave luggage after check out. Terrace available
