I didn’t like how slow the room service was. I had ordered a cup of coffee and tea and it took more than two hours to arrive to my room. I believe I ordered the coffee sometime around 9 PM and it arrived after 11 PM.

I liked that the property was in a easily accessible location. It was also near a lot of good restaurants and near the beach.

Loved it! We had to extend our stay because of how we liked it the first time. The staff is very nice, facility clean and location is superb. I love that we got back to our room at late hours and the staff stopped us since my husband took off his wrist pass they checked that my husband was indeed with me so as a security measure for us ladies that is fantastic! My husband and I will definitely return to this hotel.

Not a single issue during my stay. *maybe* an extended closing hours for the restaurant and pool.

Check-in process was blazing fast, check-out too. Initial price was honored. Super clean room, amazing location. Seriously, this hotel exceeded my expectations from the get go. I didn’t have a single issue during my five day stay. I will be visiting back for sure.

Noise was a problem. Constant music bass thumping all night and day coming from rooftop pool. Street noise was a problem with constant honking.

We had ordered food while at the rooftop pool and our server Alicia wasn’t the nicest. She had given us an attitude when we tried ordering food. Then when it came down to pay we tried to get her attention and she walked past us with a drink holder covering her face. This is my second time staying here so I was a bit surprised how we were treated. Other than that the rest of the staff were super sweet!

The dinner we had through room service was bad. Very small portions for the price and a warm salad to top it off. The waitresses at the breakfast buffet couldn’t get an order straight on our last day. Mixed orders up with us and another table and the food was subpar.

Front end staff were excellent! Beautiful view of Puerto Vallarta and the ocean from our balcony.

The bikes were not available because they needed maintenance. I was disappointed that they were right there looked fine but I couldn’t use them.

The self obsessed “DJ” who decided it was time to ramp it up to 11 at 5 PM when everyone was chill. Everybody left. Why we needed a guy to play music bewilders me. Everyone was jamming to their own music and all of a sudden he smashes into nightclub house party with a bunch of 40+ couples around the pool writing novels and reading. Vent complete. Read the room, dude.
