My boyfriend and I went to get breakfast in the rooftop the ladies there were not friendly and such in a bad mood.

The place is just amazing, the amenities and our loft was just amazing.

Apartment 104 was dirty when we arrived. Crumbs were on every surface with ants eating the crumbs. The staff came to spray the ants and they left the ant spray, which we used regularly throughout the rest of the week. No one came to clean the private pool for the 8 days we were there, which was honestly kind of gross. There were no supplies or tools to clean it ourselves. This also applied to the rest of the condo. No broom, no mop, no cleaning supplies to speak of. There was no extra toilet paper provided and we had to request enough towels to get us through the week. The kitchen was poorly equipped with a couple of worn-out cheap aluminum pots, six glasses and a stack of cheap plates and bowls. Very nice condo, just poorly equipped. A few thousand pesos spent on basic items to remain in the condo would have made the stay much more comfortable and enjoyable.

The bed sheets didn’t fit on the bed. Electric was not working for 1 full day but they kept us updated about it so was okay. The road to the place was really bad so keep it in mind if you are renting a car. The glass was really dirty especially the top of the windows

The stuff attiude. No one was willing to help you with anything. No one was speaking english. Jacuzzis not working. The location, property is far away from downtown and beach, no shops around.

The location of the hotel was too far out of town to walk safely, highway with no shoulders. No store or services on site. Kitchen was missing dish cloth and soap. Cab rides were expensive to get to town

Th roof top restaurant was had great food, amazing pizza. Super quiet and the 3 pools were very good. Grounds were kept and lots of birds to listen to out our patio. Felt very safe.

– The accommodation impressed with its cleanliness, modern amenities, and spacious interiors, providing a luxurious and comfortable stay. – Guests had access to a selection of swimming pools, one on the roof as well – The option to rent bicycles for 200 pesos per day added a convenient and enjoyable way to explore the local area at one's own pace. – The overall experience was so positive that we extended our stay by an additional four days, eager to soak up more of what the property had to offer. – If I were to visit Tulum again, this accommodation would undoubtedly be my top choice for its outstanding facilities and serene environment.

Consierg wasn't available when needed him, the shampoo and body wash bottles were empty and could not get the refill or exchange even when left voice mail and texted the concierge. The cleaning crew said they didn't have the products to exchange or refill. The service at the restaurant was very slow, not many customers and still took a long time to get the food delivered.

If your staying is long then few days you don’t have any accessories to clean up the room.

Half way between the center and the beach of tulum. Have god a nice gym and a nice rooftop with swimming pool and a restaurant.

Super noisy wc fan, to thick blankets (very hot to sleep), the host was not responsive (there was no fan in the loft, when I asked about it, nobody responded to my messages)

Make sure each unit has the proper amount dishes, pots and pans, a water big bottle of water, glasses, silverware and toilet paper.

It’s a beautiful resort spa like property, close to beaches, each condo is so comfortable and nice. Great value for this special place! High end with low prices! Restaurant was great! Overall - Excellent!!

Poor kitchen cookware. It’s a luxury apartment for 6+ people and the cookware is not enough for cooking for everybody at once. It needs more cooking utensils. There were only four dining room chairs and not enough towels when we arrived… we received more after asking for them next day… but why need to ask for them when the reservation was for 6 !

No cleaning service or fresh towels. When we needed something (toilet paper), the staff said we had to reach out to the concierge via WhatsApp. Unfortunately, the concierge didn't answer on requests via WhatsApp so it took a lot of asking and time to get toilet paper... We feel like this could be more efficient.

This isn't a hotel, so do not expect that service level. The consierge was very helpful when they were there, but a little hit and miss if they answered and if the information was correct (e.g. reserving bikes, but then not able to pick them up, time of the "free" shuttle to the hotel zone when it didn't run at all that week). The sheets on the beds where to short leaving the foot part of the bed exposed. We lost the water one morning, but they where able to turn it on again in a couple of hours. The noise from the construction next door didn't bother us, but the dust on our terrace did. We didn't have hot water in two of the three bathrooms and the key we got wasn't for the front door, but directly into a bedroom (took a little time to figure that out). We pointed this out when we checked out, but it wasn't even commented on by the consierge...

The apartment looked like the pictures. Spacious, new and modern. Easy to get a taxi, the security had a walkie-talkie to connect with them and they came quickly. The pools all around was very nice. The rooftop restaurant had great coffee and you could have it to go.

We didn't get the email with our info for check-in until the day of check-in, so I had to log into their network to find my apt. number. I have a few emails regarding the booking already, it would have been nice to have the info needed to receive the keys immediately. There was only 1 small garbage bin in the whole 2 bedroom condo, The owner was supposed to drop 1 kitchen garbage bin off the next day... we stayed 4 nights and ended up just throwing the garbage loose under the sink. They said they didn't have enough bins, but surely they could have bought 1 in the 5 days we were there.

The space was comfortable, and it was nice to have so many pools to access... we generally had a pool to ourselves. The view was nice and I love love love all the gardens.

The Staff wasn’t helpful. The location was kinda ok but far from the city. The taxi prices are super high. i suggest that you rent a motorcycle.

It's a bit difficult to review this property as we stayed in two rooms (one week each) and they were quite different, even if it was the same size and price. The first room was excellent (10 out of 10), beautifully furnished and clean. The second week of our stay was in a second room which felt run down and was not so well furnished (maybe a 7 out of 10). The pools are really nice, the rooftop bar is simple but the food and drinks were good and it was amazing to see the sunrise and sunsets over the Mayan forests. There is safe, underground parking.

I didn't find the staff inviting at all. They were dry and didn't really answer all the questions I needed. They were bad at replying to emails, etc. This is what makes a property from ok to great because then it becomes kinda forgettable in a way. The taxis outside rip you off.

If you want more privacy and quiet this is your spot compared to the other Mystiq. They keep the property really clean. Apartments are spacious.
