That you had to walk two blocks for breakfast and that you can't choose what you are having, you have just one option and if you like it, good. If not, I'm sorry but that's the daily option.

I liked the roof and the location, it's just 2 blocks from the fifth avenue. I also liked the staff that was really nice and helpful

Swimmingpool on roof really small, on photo looks bigger. One day we waited 1 hour before we could take breakfast. Received finally information about the bus terminal and waited there 1.5 hour. If we received correct information about other busterminal we were way faster. Staf of reception is friendly but seems to be a bit sleepy. They help you as fast as possible, but dont feels like they do it with passion or because they really like to help you.

Room is confortable. Location is perfect. Cleaningwoman tho was very helpfull, good and friendly with helping..

The breakfast was not that special and was served elsewhere. The fire alarm beeped outside the room and nothing was done about it despite the request. Poor soundproofing, party next door

It said there was a coffee bar and snack bar. There was not. They wouldn't let us use the coffee machine. The front desk staff didn't speak much English. The free breakfast is not in house. They give you a ticket for a restaurant a block and a half away. And there's no choice of what to order. It's one different meal each day. Meat is extra. It's not what was listed on this site. Disappointing

On the first day very noisy (construction work in or around the hotel that you almost couldn't be in the room), but luckily this was just one day. After that the noise level was minimal. Breakfast is meh.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the room was comfortable, boasting cozy beds and a serene ambiance. The shower was particularly impressive, offering hot water with great pressure.

They have some work going on at the hotel. Water was off in the room several mornings, but then it was fine the rest of the day.

Great staff, very nice and helpful. Small pool on the roof was nice to cool off in. Good location near 5th ave.

We were clearly informed that the breakfast was simple, but we were still disappointed on the first day, so we didn't go again. We did not have a hair dryer in the room and we informed the reception staff about this. Unfortunately, nothing was done.

Great location of the hotel, which allowed us to easily move around the city. The center, the beach, the ferry port were all close to us. The room was a decent size and well maintained by housekeeping during our stay.

The room had several problems with the water, it did not reach the toilet, shower... and it smelled bad. (It did not always happen but it happened on several occasions) As a recommendation it would be good to have water bottles for guests.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Everything is within walking distance. The staff was always aware of problems and eager to help or provide solutions in a friendly manner. The room was always kept in good condition, clean and tidy.

The water wasnt working 2 times, took a few hours until it worked again.

The location was perfect, the rooftop terrace was nice. We had a nice Check in with Edwin and he helped us with everything we needed.

Nothing to complain about.

Staff was great. Nice, big clean room. Food places near the hotel so you didn't have to go far to get things to eat. I really enjoyed my stay and I plan to stay here again.

The room is big and breakfast is included which is served in another cafe nearby. The check in and out was smooth. The staff was friendly. It is in walking distance to ADO bus stop which can take you to XCaret park.

The neighboring hostel blasts loud music until pretty late at night. Shower towels were not included for free. No free parking. No instructions on how to operate the AC unit.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great amenities, including cold AC, hot and strong shower, working safe and fridge, comfortable bed if you like it on the firmer side like me. Located very close to the beach and the main activity street full of bars, clubs, restaurants, and shops.

We didn't have water for extended periods of time in 2 of the 3 days we were there. First day we were out of it for 4 hrs. Staff was very polite and apologized for it but it, and maintenance was already working on it both times I went down to talk to them. On the day we checked out, I requested a later checkout on the house, because again we had no water for a little bit that morning, and front desk allowed me to, which was nice, but wasn't able to guarantee it free of charge. Which is a little annoying. Also, in the middle of the night when it got colder in the room, I was looking for a blanket and there wasn't one in the room. I know what you're thinking, turn the ac off. It's Mexico, there ain't such thing as a pleasant night with the ac off and no fan to replace it. I didn't request one because there are fees (around 100-300 pesos) for extra towels/ pillows etc. The hotel is very well located, which means there is a lot of people around and the Policia is all over the place. They will extort you if you're not "following a rule". It happened to us. Also, keep your money separated. Some in your wallet, some somewhere else.

I loved the location of the hotel. It is very conveniently located to the main street in Playa del Carmen , the 5 Avenida. Similar to a Lincoln Road in Miami. There is breakfast included. Front desk was very informative. Make sure you pay for the parking on the street. They will boot you, if you don't.
