We loved everything about Naala! First of all Jonothon at the reception, he was very helpful and welcomed us with a big smile! He let us check-in early and suggested us a nice local place to eat! The room was specious and we had a very cute terrace as well. The bed was comfortable and the linen was clean. The location was about 15 minutes walk from the main street and shops and we did this distance even very late at night and that was fine. Near the hotel, there are restaurants, bars and places to eat or drink and a very well designed shopping mall with garden if you want to chill or smart work. The rooftop poll was really nice as well! We wish we could stay longer!!

Hotel service charge of 20% was automatically added to everything (drinks, food, etc) ordered at the hotel. The waiter said that this is a shared amount split by all staff at the hotel, so I felt really bad that the waiter couldn’t have his own tip. I guess we could’ve added more tip on top of the service charge but it must be remembered that people from European countries etc aren’t as familiar with tipping as Americans are and assume that “service charge” is tip - so this can be misconstrued and isn’t fair on the waiter. The hotel should lower this service charge or allocate more to waiter to allow more tip to go to the waiter doing the work…

Awesome roof top pool with very friendly staff. The food was delicious & drinks were amazing too.The pool and the different levels where so beautiful especially watching sunset from the top. A must if your staying here. Very relaxing. I loved the tropical gardens downstairs too.

Nothing in particular, the room was not amazing, but had everything you needed. Basic but with full mini bar and comfortable bed.

I only stayed one night, so cannot give an elaborate opinion, but I loved the amenities: rooftop swimming pool, restaurant and bar, very easy to rent bicycles at the lobby to go to Zona Hotelera. Good location as well, close to the city center and the beach where the partying happens, but far enough to not be right inside it. Lots of restaurants closeby.

Maybe they could have given us complimentary parking. While booking, it was never mentioned that we have to pay extra for parking but after reaching they asked for 10$/day.

Reception staff was really helpful for all our queries. They also suggested us some good places to visit nearby.

If you want pancakes for breakfast your have to come at the opening hour. Once they are gone you have to wait more than 15 minutes to see they disappear in few minutes since people are waiting for them.

Excellent rooftop pool with a nice view. The hotel is clean, calm. However, one needs a bicycle or a car to get to the beach. The room was confortable with a balcony with a view on the beautiful garden.

Breakfast could be better - we ate out because it’s cheaper and lots of better local places. Some of the staff were amazing and really helpful (Jonathan was great) but another staff she seemed reluctant to help and would sometimes ignore you at the desk (had to ask several times for her attention).

Quiet, beautiful decor, the rooms/bed were spacious and comfy, pool on the roof was nice. Good WiFi. Free water in lobby area. Location is good as it’s close to cafes, restaurants, and rental shops. We found it easy to get around with a moped (to town and beach). We would definitely stay again.

Amazing front desk, they helped me carry my bag from my last hotel which was super convenient! Got a refresher when I arrived and they were super nice. Helped me out with the Taxi as the Taxis in Tulum over charge. 10/10 service
