This property was very lovely. The rooms were very big and comfortable. There was gorgeous artwork all around the hotel and I loved all the different spaces to hang out in. The complimentary snacks and drinks were wonderful, and the gifts we received were very kind and generous. Thank you for our stay.

We had a room just next to reception and it was a little noisy in the evening and mornings. The staff does its best to avoid this, let’s be clear, but it’s inevitable to some extent.

Staff was amazingly attentive. The hotel is really cool and in a great location, very quiet and at walking distance from all of Roma and Condesa.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. This was honestly such a great stay!

The staff went above and beyond every day and was always super helpful. They were extremely friendly and thoughtful. I loved the attention to detail in the hotel décor (especially all the artwork and the mini bar upstairs). The rooftop was such a great place to relax after a day/night of activities.

Our room was very small #14. We stayed for 5 nights and tried to change rooms but the hotel was full. Next time we will book directly with the hotel.

The staff was amazing and is the highlight of this hotel. We really appreciated all of their help getting us taxis, directing us to places to eat and being there at all hours to let us in the door!

I can’t think of a single thing.

This was such a special place. Unique from anywhere I’ve stayed, and that is entirely because the staff was so wonderful. Very kind and inviting. Immediately upon our arrival they gifted us with lovely soaps from Oaxaca. It was a charming little boutique hotel in a wonderful area with lots of great restaurants and bars nearby. We loved the Roma North district. The room was very comfortable. Huge bathrooms. White noise machine! Highly recommend.

Such an amazing place to stay! This should be a 5*hotel! The staff were super kind and very helpful, the hotel itself is very clean, tidy and spacious, the decor in the hotel is also really nice! I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Mexico City!

I can't think of a thing. Everything was dreamy. I can imagine, if you're really sensitive to sound, that the location may be a bit too happening for you - Roma Norte is a great and lively neighborhood. The hotel provides a white noise machine though, and that solved any noise problems we may have had.

This hotel was such a gem! The service was so friendly, they offered us something to drink (very thoughtful) every time we came in from our adventures, and whenever we'd leave in the morning the front desk would ask if we wanted our room cleaned. Check in and check out was easy and we had such a fun time enjoying the building. We loved our room and its beautiful juliet porch and large bathroom. We will definitely be coming back!

Bar downstairs is a bit noisy at night, but the earplugs they provided us blocked out the sounds and we had great sleep. Strange attitude from a few female members of the staff.

Fantastic location if you like Roma Norte. Overall nice staff. They accommodated our requests of a late checkout & surprised us with gifts. Spacious room (booked the King size room). Comfortable bed. Loved the design of the hotel and the art they chose to decorate the space.

We liked everything.

Nana Vida is a gem. Such a charming place. Rooms are spacious, clean and beds are comfortable. There is a coffee/tea station at the community area. Hotel is on a great location with many restaurants, caffès and cool vintage stores near by. We will definitely visit again.

No elevator, but that was definitely not a huge issue for us.

This small hotel is located in a safe neighborhood. All the staff was very friendly. They greeted us every time we left our room and always offered us a cold beverage when we returned. We had a corner room on the 3rd floor and it was very spacious and clean. The only thing to note is that there is no elevator.
