The big window next to the door doesn't lock. There isn't a safe to put documents or cash in.

Convenient location if you're wanting to go to the Cenotes. Americas car rental just 3 blocks away. They have great reviews. I loved the rooftop deck, you can get an idea of the culture just from looking over the rooftop.

Downstairs rooms have no balcony or ptivate outdoor space. Nowhere to dry you bathing clothes and towels. Jacuzzi on the roof was not operational.

Spaciois room. Nice garden. Check-in and our stay was comfortable.

There are only 5 sunbeds around the property, sometimes we would not have access to them due to them being taken early in the morning. The apartment only got cleaned once in our 9 day stay - I think it would be good to at least have the bins emptied more frequently.

The rooms are great - great access to air conditioning and huge, comfortable beds. The smart TVs are a great touch! I really enjoyed the free drinking water around the property for guests. The team at Casa Elda were so helpful with all our questions about Tulum. Great wifi also.

The hot tub was not hot at all. it appeared that the heater was not working. The lamp next to the bed in room 11 was not working. Also the 3 floors basically ran out of aqua pura and were still waiting for a delivery instead of just having someone go across the street and buy a new large container for at least one of the floors.

The pool and the roof deck were nice! The hot tub was on the roof deck which was cool. And there was space on the roof deck to do yoga and exercises in the morning. By chance I met the building manager on the roof deck and he was able to get the light fixture in my bathroom fixed for me.

In our room there was a little smell because the AC was leaking and the wall of stone doesn't like that ofcourse. But on top of that everything was great.

The property was stunning with a beautiful and relaxing garden with enough space to hangout, relax en chill by the pool! We also liked the small kitchen in our appartement but we also used the shared kitchen because it was a little bigger. Everything was clean and it is close to the center which is really nice

Modern, Tasteful decor, located close to many restaurants and a couple of big supermarkets in downtown Tulum, two large comfortable beds, kitchenette was great for making breakfast/lunch, the pool area was great with sunloungers, hammocks and shaded areas to relax in. The best thing about Casa Elda is Julie! She is super helpful, warm and friendly and helped us out a lot with arranging our itenary for our time in Tulum, nothing was too much trouble! All the staff at casa elda were lovely in fact, always welcoming with a smile, this accommodation is such good value too! Book up you won’t regret it!

Could use more places to hang towels etc after swimming.

Would definetly stay here again. The place had great common areas. Room was clean and staff was friendly. There is no reception but they replied quickly to messages. Kitchen was basic but functional. Good shower.

A lovely flat in a fantastic complex. Very clean, well located, very secure. Staff always available via WhatsApp. Free bottled water for guests was a nice addition. I’d love to go back!

Difficult to find someone on the reception - you can chat only through booking app but it is not convenient. I was missing more towels, there is only 1 big per person.

Very beautiful area, you feel comfortable and safe there. Staff is very helpful. Everything is clean, quiet. They organized wellness days with massages - loved this! Fully recommend.

Nothing to do with the place itself, but we found the streets sorrounding quite dark during the night, I recommend renting a bike or scooter and use the Main Street a block away.

Lovely and comfortable place to stay! Walking distance from the center, and close by to many shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean and very comfortable, with AC, mosquito net, toiletries and streaming service. The garden with the pool is lovely, great place to handy out. There’s also a big rooftop with a grill. There was a jacuzzi but it was empty during our stay. The price/value ratio is incredible for the location and service you get, compared to what other accommodations are charging.

The only thing I didn’t like is the the only have one mirror and it’s the one in the washroom, they should have one in the bedroom and one in the living room like full size mirrors, we were going out and we had to take turns in the washroom

Beautiful house, very quiet,,, top swimming pool... it is very close to everyone, supermarket, bar, restaurant .... Staff ,,,, they always help you anything, even on laundry, renting bike or motorcycle ,tours, I absolutely recommend it,, acceptable price ... trust me it worth it ..... thanks again good

- If you don’t have your own transport it’s a bit far to walk to the beach in Tulum or attractions in the area.

+ Amazing pool + Nice rooftop terrace + Nice rooms + Easy check in and checkout + Clean and spacious rooms + Great location (if you plan to stay here I recommend to go get food in “Burritos Street Tulum”. They have amazing food and it’s just one street away.) + You can park your car on the street in front of the property + At night the area is calm + Good place to stay for a couple of days and explore the area around Tulum

Location was perfect - close enough to the main action spots by 10mins walk yet just fairly quiet; facilities / amenities were amazing and fully self-sufficient (kitchen and all); service was top-notch and beyond expectations - help desk was extremely prompt (via chat on Booking.com app) with any / all sorts of requests / queries (i.e. tours, transport - both short and long-hauls)
