At the check-in, we were not told about the facilities included in the hotel, restaurant schedule, etc. Before the arrival, i notified the hotel that we were honeymooners and requested a room decoration, they replied to me that "was with an extra cost", never the less i kinda expected a lil something for our celebration, anything would've been nice but, the room i reserved comes with a bottle of wine, robes, and slippers (according to the reservation info) and didn't even get that. We were aware (from the reservation) that the check out time was at 12' noon, regardless of that, by 11:30am, both of our room keys stopped working, and we were locked out of the room. We went to the concierge desk in the ground floor to ask for help and there was nobody there, we had to go all the way to the main lobby. That was absolutely annoying. At the restaurant by the kids' club, my husband asked for a spoon and never arrived. He had to go and look for it by himself once he saw where they put the clean ones. The hotel is nice and clean, the beach is beautiful, but the service provided is kinda poor.

The room was nice and clean 😌, the facilities very clean (pool and beach areas, so as the lobby. The sunchairs were very comfy.

The pizza oven was not working when we were there which was disappointing. The wine served at the resorts did not taste good. Our room windows were very dirty so it was very hard to see out of. We were locked out of the safe that was in our suites and felt uncomfortable when the staff member came up to resolve the issue as it only took them less than three seconds to unlock the safe.

The beach, the pool, the coffee in the hotel was amazing ! Great location near Coco bongo.

About 1 hour in line for check-in and not even an apology. At check-out, room access deactivated at 11:45 am, I had to go 2 times to the front desk to reactivate it. Also very slow room service (about 75min for a couple of sandwiches).

Rooms can use an upgrade. When entering the resort I’d like to have been greeted with drinks and a warm cloth after a long morning of traveling.

The staff was wonderful. The pools were cool.

The facilities are old. The floor in the bath tube was peeling, the taps are old, and the curtain showers were not changed at my first day. The outlets were old and far from the bed. The facilities are not comfortable in general.

Bathrooms are very outdated

Hotel looks just like the pictures. No surprises. Hotel is clean and the staff was friendly and attentive. Front desk check in was easy and very pleasant.

Buffet breakfast was included but it was okay, nothing special. Some breakfast staples like toast and bacon weren't provided. Room had a kitchen (sink, fridge, microwave) but no cutlery or dishes which was unusual. On check-in the attendant didn't advise that my room was in the third tower - hard to find room whilst carrying lots of bags. Long walk to hotel lobby.

Right on the beach. Nice pool area. Big room with big bed. Bell boy was very helpful on check out who came and helped me transport my bags to checkout and was very friendly. Kept an eye out on my transport.

The noise near of the facility and the drinks in all inclusive is not good. I had bear, wine and sprinkle wine (was good).

The proximity to the clubs makes it hard to sleep at night. Every night woken up to what I thought was gunfire but I think was some form of fireworks? Really hard to sleep.

The accessibility to the beach, the cabanas, the location to town is great for a younger crowd that wants to party or people who don’t want to live and breath resort food/activities their entire stay

The room was not as advertised. First, I was given two beds when I requested a king. When moved to a new room the bathroom door wouldn’t closed unless you forced it shut.

The walls are paper thin and could hear people in other rooms talk all the time. Somehow the bed was shaking every 5 mins or so. I thought it was an earthquake and called reception but there aren’t any in the region. No idea what caused it but unpleasant at night when trying to sleep.

The water in the sinks and toilet was brown, the bed didn’t seem like a queen. The shower water was cold and the walls were very thin, the couple staying to the right of us woke me up at 2:30am from talking so loud on the phone. Literally heard his whole conversation.
