OVERALL 5STARS THE ONLY caveat is the mini Far prices are ridiculous - I mean $5 for a Coke, $10 for a bag of chips. Other than that my stay was impeccable

The food and drink prices in most instances were offensive. $58 for 5 shrimp is just egregious. I could see $35 and even that I know is a lot but considering I'm at a pool and they were delicious I expect to pay a premium. However, these prices were just ridiculous.

Great hotel, a little sleepy at night, the food and drinks were well done which you don't always find at resorts.

The breakfast is not buffet, and the food is overpriced.

The Christmas experience was great for kids. Santa jumped of a plane with parachutes, the gave the kids some gifts and activities. The hotel is new and the rooms arr very nice and confortable, staff is great.

Beautiful property. Prefect for quite days away. Breakfast at all the restaurants were divine. Rooms nice and cosy, some a is an absolute treat. Lovely all round.

The location was a bit removed. Not only is further out from the rest of the hotels, city and marina it take a quite a long time to get there. Specifically, the entry to the hotel takes you on 15 minutes of circular roads until you reach it from the main road. So every outing requires a significant drive in the property itself. This became a bit of an annoyance especially because as the crow flies, its not terribly far from the main road.

The staff was amazing. We were paired with a Private Concierge, Edgar, who helped us throughout our trip mostly through text message. He booked us outings including an amazing sunset horseback ride, secured hard to get dinner reservations and helped us plan a trip to Todos Santos. He was a highlight of the trip. The facilities were great. The food was excellent. One thing to note about this hotel is that it may very well have the most outstanding sunsets of any hotel in Cabo. Most other hotels do not face the same direction, and this is one of the few that has the full on view of a sunset over the Pacific. We went at a time when the property was full, however, we never felt there were too many people. There was always room at the pool and restaurants and the property never felt loud. We would definitely return to this hotel.

Location is great if you stay inside the entire time. If you want to go to downtown Cabo, it is quite a ride.

Vegan options EXTREMELY limited during the day by the pool. No jacuzzi's working other than at the spa. Wine was ridculously overpriced (including Mexican wine) and the resort sells day passes to guests at the Hard Rock, which means a lack of exclusivity.

Amazing design to the resort and all the staff were excellent from arrival. Interior of the room is well designed and spacious, beautiful bathrooms. So relaxing and beautiful for any occasion!
