Except this bit. The AC was set towards the bed. It sounds sth simple but we just could not sleep good because of it. When you turn ac on it is too cold and uncomfortable. When it is off it is insanely hot and there are no windows to open up. Only this detail kind of makes it feel worse.

Great location in the middle of the center. Big room, with AC, lovely pool to chill and a common kitchen to use. A nit noisy wit loud music, also later in the night, but this is a hostel anyways.

Very large dormes which are somehow connected via the bathroom which made it quite noisy.

My first experience in a hostel and it was great! Good value for money when we booked it. We had a private room and it was very clean and air conditioned. Staff was lovely and they always have activities set up everyday, I reckon it'd be great for solo travellers. They also provide tours w good value. Overall we had a great stay! Location was awesome

This hostel was one of the highlights of my trip. It is very centrally located in Merida and you can reach almost everything on foot. The rooms are spacious and have curtains in front of the beds, which is quite comfortable. My favorite part was the courtyard and the pool, especially at night, really nice! The colorful houses inside are also very cute, you feel right at home.

Everything was good. The only thing would be to spontaneously change the mat in the bathroom daily because for 4 people who shower on a shower that wets the floor a lot, one is not enough.

Great location, I was in a 4 bedroom dorm, the beds can let you be private. There is AC. The pool is nice, there are multiples activities…. It was a very nice stay. I took a tour with them which was great

The kitchen needs some bowls and cups and a bit of a refresh of pots and pans. The music in the pool area should be quieter at night. We had an early start and struggled to get to sleep.

I really enjoyed my stay in this Che Hostel! I traveled solo and it was easy meeting new people. If you don’t feel like company, there is enough space also in the shade to relax, wifi was always very good. The pool area is really nice, one day i just stayed in the hammocks:) the Walking Tour with Alexis was amazing, he showed us local markets and local delicious food places. Also the cenotes tour was super, 3 cenotes and lunch together:) The staff is really helpful and nice, thank you Alexis for the wonderful activities, Erick, Wren, Jess Margaux thank you for the delicious breakfast and good Drinks:) Thank you Esther, Maggie, Angie, Erik, Diego, Carlos, Eduard, Alejandro for keeping the hostel clean and well maintained! Comfortable hostel in the old town area of Merida. Bit of a walk from the bus station but not too bad. Big hostel with loads of chill out space and a nice pool. Not noisy at night so easy to sleep.

The whole place has jungle vibes, which is kinda nice to look at but also makes everything feel less clean (although that is not necessarily the case), the aircon system is that is automatically turned on from 8pm to 8am, so there is no way of turning it down at night and it was very loud. There is very little light in the rooms (neither natural nor artificial). We only had a 4 person dorm, but even with aircon the air felt like there is no oxygen (even with curtains open)

Good location, comfortable mattress, light and usb port at every bed and also curtains to have a bit privacy, also the under-the-bed-loccker space was big.

I thought I had ordered a 4 bed dorm but was put in a 6 bed, it was fine because no one else checked in. Our room was close to the games room so it was a bit loud.

The beds were very comfy. The pool is large and lots of hammocks and chairs to lounge on. The staff we interacted with were all very nice and helpful, they gave us a great recommendation for dinner. We were able to get the free parking, and use lockers after we checked out to store our bags for the day.

The locker is under the bed which is not super convenient for storing the backpack and have easy acces to things. In the female dorm you could hear quite a lot anything happening in the reception and the music playing just above the entrance door.

Very good location, spacy, allows for privacy in the dorm with the curtain ovver the bed, sockets by the bed and two sinks, showers and toilets for the female dorm.

The hostel staff are very friendly and helpful. The property is lovely, with a nice pool, lots of lounge chairs and hammocks, a shared kitchen, and common areas with tons of plants and trees. It's a quick walk to Plaza Grande, but the hostel feels like a secluded oasis. There's private parking down the street with reserved spots for the hostel that you can request. We stayed in a private room, which was very nice. Small bathroom but with a fan and a/c. The hostel organizes tours/outings/activities, which we ended up not participating in but seemed fun.
