The food in the only buffet restaurant for lunch was very insipid and repetitive, the a la carte other two restaurants were quite nice. It was our 10th wedding anniversary and the hotel knew before hand but they did not have any nice gesture or present, as we expected from other stays in 4 star hotels… even a simple bottle of cava would have done.

The only thing we didn’t absolutely love was they don’t offer Mexican food for dinner except on Friday nights (we are in Mexico, we want authentic Mexican food), and there were virtually no dairy-free or gluten-free desserts. (But the OXXO across the street has dairy-free ice cream bars).

We have stayed at larger all inclusive resorts in the area, but this is my favorite! The beach is stunning, powdery white sand, and the water is just as beautiful as the photos! The view is just incredible, breathtaking, awesome.

I didn’t like how some of the staff were not welcoming. I got there at 1 and knew checkin was at 3, but didn’t get to check in till a little after 3.

It was good. Usually the same breakfast and food options at the Azul restaurant.

The room were not in good shape in terms of maintenance, need paint and some repairs, fabric curtains didn’t open and we missed all the sea view since we stay in a Inspira Junior Suite (beach front). At check-in staff must explain beach conditions as all days of our stay Beach has red flag which means strong currents and hide tides, we knew coming from a Caribbean island, but other guest not and lifeguard was having a hard time explaining to everyone going in the water. Also, beach signs were barely visible and people did not see nor read the sign placed near the beach stairs. There was a lot of noise outside our room and doors closure was very loud in all rooms.

All staff was attentive and customer service was awesome! Geo, Sheila, Julian and Enrique exceed our expectations! Josefina and other lady at the SPA were very good, best couple massage ever! Cleaning crew did a good job in the room! Food was fresh all the time, service at restaurants was very good. Coffee at Brown Bag was awesome! Catamaran tour to Isla Mujeres was very good! Ángel and his crew was very good!

Some of the servers specially at the central bar near the shop and the servers at the Hakka restaurant were rude and pretentious.

Good location in Hotel Zona. Decent sized boutique hotel. Great pool, bars and restaurants. Good food. Comfortable, clean and safe stay.

The only thing we experienced, was that our roomservice order got lost and we did never receive our food.

The hotel is super tidy, the staff is awesome and the restaurants are serving great food!

The toilet in my room would not flush properly. More than likely, there is a drainage problem.

For the price we paid, this all-inclusive was awesome. The food was good, the drinks were good, the staff's service was superb. The hotel is a little given it was built about 30 years ago, but it was such a pleasure to stay for the 3 nights.

Coffee shop opens at 7 am which is late. Some people like to wake up early for sunrise and they will appreciate a cup of coffee We were told that no snacks were also available before 7 am which can cause an inconvenience for some people Pools are smaller than what I expected

There was a very loud “entertainment” at the pool all days, basically all the time. I went to the beach instead and still could listen to it - I understand some people like it, but I wish it didn’t last that long so others could also relax. Also, a cleaning lady entered my room at 8h30 am, which almost scared me to death 🫠

Beautiful pool, comfy rooms and everything you need. Two options of restaurants at night and two during the day, staff is very warm and welcoming. I did a massage and it was great, as well as the spa’s facilities.

The furniture needs updating for sure. Only one elevator worked. The food was not good at all. We were disappointed about that. We had to eat out everyday. Housekeeping knocks on your door at 8am! Even on checkout day!

I liked how clean it was. Walking into the checkin & lobby areas, there was always a nice scent. The pool was nice, & this resort is beachfront. The staff was very friendly & accommodating. Love the views of the ocean too.

It was difficult to control the room and the water temperature. However, this could have been and operator problem. I didn't appreciate the time share pitch. We didn't need or want to be bothered by such nonsense.

Oleo is beautiful! This was my 1st experience at an all inclusive and it did not disappoint for the price. My adult daughter and I enjoyed it. The beach was small but not over crowded. The food was okay but the Asian restaurant food was delicious!

Did not like the drinks tbh, very sweet and bartender did not appreciate when asked less syrup, for example. Everyone is tip driven which is ridiculous for the prices they charge for an all inclusive. The room we had was interconnected but not advertised as such. If you are not staying for a long time in your room, there's no other advantage noticeable to upgrading to Inspira.

The area is amazing, beach and sea and the view from our room was breathtaking. Breakfast was nice, especially the freshly cooked area. We enjoyed the Asian restaurant and the Mediterranean one.

The inspira club additional privileges pack is a bit of a scam, the promised fenced off exclusive area on the beach, was just 1m away from the regular sunbeds, half the time we found it packed and full of guests without the wristband. When we brought this up to the staff, they asked us to remove them ourselves, which we of course didn’t. This meant we had to sit in areas where the waiters rarely went. Welcome package was a bottle of sparkling wine with pastries, which was ok, and anything else was over promised and pretty underwhelming.

Great location, pretty good food selection, some themed nights where you could try local foods, some of the staff members were very nice, helpful and kind, the beach was clean and very close. The check in lady whose name was Deisy was super helpful and very nice.

Children and the rooms are thin so you can hear other peoples (your neighbors) showers going off.

It looked fancy. Everything is close together so traveling to and from your room was easy.

Location was towards the end of the strip so nowhere to walk if u wanted to leave the hotel. Not a huge hotel which we liked but worth noting for others. One buffet lounge and 2 smaller restaurants although we found them all to be superb.

Staff super friendly and helpful. Beachfront location was lovely and rooms were excellent. Buffet was good and 2 other small restaurants were exceptional overlooking the beach which was lovely at night.

A little dated. If we stayed longer than 2 nights, the food variety may not have been enough.

Lovely AI, for a couple of nights to start our trip. Close to the airport for a late arrival. Beautiful view and location away from the doof doofs. Friendly staff.

The property needs more beds near the pool. The Bar inside needs louder American music. The property also needs more entertainment. The buildings needs a fresh coat of white paint.

We loved the food, drinks and the staff. Issac was our go to GUY.
