We had three rooms reserved. There was no place to sit with our family and guests to eat a pizza that we had bought. we thought we could sit in the pool area to eat while the kids swam, but no, it was not allowed. No area in the whole hotel to visit/eat unless purchased at restaurant.

Restaurant service is too slow and do not respect the opening hours. We need to find another place to have breakfast. The hotel needs to renew sheets, towels and hooks from the closet. The temperature of the pool was chilly.

The room is large and clean with a broad balcony for daylighting. The restaurant has various options at reasonable prices. One of the staff is very nice and able to serve in English.

the water of the shower was cold! I did get hot water until the shower was running for 30 min and that was a GREAT waste of water. the next room was smoking and it support to be smoke free hotel. All his smoke was coming to my room. there is no refrigerator in the room.

The Tub was a bit dirty maybe had not been used but nothing out of the world 8/10. And they turned off the hot water in my room at night I did not call the front desk but I was upset 7/10 room 1-105.

Okay so here it goes I usually write reviews on Google but here is my experience in English for all my tourists, I lived 18 years in Florida originally from Mexico. If you ever want to visit my state Morelos Cuernavaca first I will say this when approaching looks a bit sketchy but when approaching the staff will try to assist you as best as possible. Quick check-in, the Zocalo is a couple of blocks away 15 minutes away close to Palacio de Cortes Pullman services to the airport nearby, or they offer taxis a bit expensive but hey if you like to be Luxury. Had a date and got stood up but still had a BLAST I recommend when walking to the Zocalo the pathway is a bit sketchy but just keep walking until you hit a wall quick left, quick right and you are surrounded by better scenery. I sat in the hot Private Hot Tub until 12:30 am & if you want a good meal order the Diablo wings they are lit I will certainly try to go back even if alone!!!

the room wasn’t very clean (mystery marks on the floor and hairs in the shower when I arrived). the bed was a little hard for a side sleeper. the rooms furniture and decore is dated but fine. the TV in the room was old and I was not given a remote for it so I had to use the buttons on the TV. it would have been nice to have a fridge in the room but there wasn’t one.

the location is good. you can walk to the historic center in about 10 mins. it has a very large balcony.

The shower is not good. the device sparkling was terrible. Hot water takes too much timeto be ready. Restaurant service was open until 22:00 and in theory should be 24 hrs.

Not really, but more bathroom supplies would be great. But if you ask for more, they send it you immediately. Everything else is perfect for families.

The staff can be slow at times to provide towels in the pool area and are a bit pushy to get you signed up for Sunday if you need a late check-out. Also, at checkout time they call the room to ask if you want to pay for additional hours or a full additional night, so beware and checkout on time if you don't want to be hassled.

The location is great and the place is clean. Nothing fancy, but a good value for the money and definitely good for a night or two. The pool is a bit too deep and they don't provide floating devices for safety. Also, no lifeguard on duty, so swim at your own risk. Otherwise, a pleasant experience and its Sunday brunch is a decent value for the money. I'd recommend it.

It was Impossible to get dinner service in the hotel restaurant. For THREE successive nights, the Front Desk told me that the restaurant WAS open. Although it was lit up and appeared to be staffed, EACH TIME I waited at least 20 minutes, Without Being Attended, before I left. I wound up getting a ham sandwich and Oxxo.

The parking was tight, difficult to maneuver in and across the street. I had to return to the hotel when I saw that my car was blocked in, then I had to wait for someone to move the other cars. Also, someone knocked on my door in the middle of the night and woke me up. And the air conditioning was not good.

The room was very clean, the location was only a 10 minute walk to the center and the staff were very nice and the cleaning crew was very attentive to our needs. The amenities sounded great too bad I didn’t have enough time to enjoy them. I will definitely book again 😊

you can hear everything your neighbors do - from talking to having sex. better bring earplugs some areas don’t seem to get cleaned regularly such as the balcony furniture is outdated and room has only the very basics
