The bathroom needed to be updated; the sink faucet was corroded, the sink also occasionally had a smell that reminded me of sewage, and the walk-in shower appeared to have what looked like mold.

The hotel was in a great location. An easy walk to fast food, restaurants, convenience stores, the beach, and a breeze to get a taxi without asking anyone for assistance.

The hotel looks dated, some things really fall apart. ake sure you check the inventory of the studio as some of the items were missing/broken. For this price i stayed at a luxury hotel room in Mexico City. I expected something similar. Unfortunately, it was not the case. Not really a hotel vibe, it felt more like an appartment building. Moreover, strange purple lights in the bathroom.

We had room on main floor- the windows have to remain closed for privacy so room is dark. It might be noisy during high season if people walked by your room, but we didn't have any problems. The place in general is rather strange-- it is built around a long skinny pool. There are vines hanging from the 2nd floor which give it a jungly feel which is nice but it is also dark. Anyhow these are just some comments-

Nice little hotel, close to main part of town. Room had alot of amazing amenities like a big fridge, big TV, micro, hot plate. bed and pillows were comfortable. It is suitable for a longer stay, due to table and chairs and sofa and big storage closet, except for your tolerance for dark rooms . There is parking. Very nice and friendly staff. We would definitely stay here again for a couple of nights- . The price was reasonable

We had some issues with water pressure but the staff sorted that and moved us to a different room. Sound isolation is not ideal, but I've noticed that's the case in most hotels.

The pool area is the highlight of the hotel. It's shaded which is perfect for hot and sunny days. The room was good, had a kitchen and a lot of space. Location is good, walking distance to shops and the beach. Free private parking.

The pillows were pretty hard. The toilet sometimes wouldnt flush.No hair dryer but not a biggie.

Pool and sauna was great, owner was very friendly and hospitable. It was in a good location for me, very central. 10 min walk to the beach, food places very close. Walmart was about 10-15 minute walk.

This hotel feels like a cenote. Very cool vibe with a pool in the middle and vines coming down. Room had fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer for clothes. Would be excellent option for extended stay.

I’m torn about writing this, because honestly I’m not picky at all and they’ve tried so hard, but somehow i feel some things in construction were either rushed or the place is not as new as it seems. Upon closer inspection some of the studio was quite dirty. The fridge made so much noise at night and the shower would not stop (loudly) dripping. Speaking of the shower, it was very cold and the least water pressure i’ve experienced the entire trip through Mexico. Somehow there was noise in the evening? Though I’m not entirely sure where that was coming from. Might’ve been a one time thing.

The property looks so new and the studio looks modern. Staff was very friendly. The location is great as long as you don’t mind walking around 10 mins to get to - for example - 5th avenue. The underground parking garage is great! So is the guarded door and the pool will make your jaw drop.

It was very safe with a concierge at the door for late check ins. the studios are spacious and have wifi and aircon. there’s a decent size pool and a basic gym. easy 10 min walk from ado bus station.

Hospitality was impressive. It was central and they gave us quick tips and feedback for our short stay. They pool design is amazing, they really made good use of available space. They let us park our car for free in their garage while we visited island of Cozumel

Inestable wifi on rooms. Pretty bad cleaning. Dirty rooms and bathroom. We found decomposing food inside the microwave that looked like it had been there for several days.
