Like more hotels in a busy area in Mexico. There is some surrounding noise.

Very friendly staff! Lady at the the desk muchas gracias! (sorry forget the name) Price is more than reasonable. Nice pool area. And a plus for the rooftop restaurant

it is arranged around an open courtyard on each floor and if there is a noisy party or crying children it echoes all the way up and is very loud. fortunately it quieted down by 11

great location with short trip to the Malecon, numerous eating places and variety of coffee/juice places. swimming pool with nice lounge chairs and secure parking also had a rooftop restaurant that was very good

It's a little rough around the edges, but overall a good place and great people.

Essentially, this is a 2 star hotel working hard to improve to 3 stars. There was a lot of internal renovation going on while I was there and the vision behind it is a good one. That made it messy for me, but I like everything they are doing and it will result in a substantial upgrade to future guests experiences.

The worst was the WIFI. There are about eight different WIFI's in the hotel, all of which switch in and out of connection. It was difficult to browse the internet, let alone watch videos or work. The walls are very thin, so if you have problems sleeping this hotel is not for you. For exampel, the restaurant in the 4th floor has live music every weekend, which will go until after midnight. The pool is mostly occupied by kids and weekend partiers and as a result is a little turbid, I didn't use it. The staff is friendly and helpful, but not all of them speak English. The kitchenette is more than I expected, but because it offers so many possibility to cook, I was sad there is no basic cooking equipment.

The location is great to walk to everything downtown Puerto Vallarta. The staff is helpfull and the cleaning personell is great and left the room flawless every day. The room was quiet big and had a great kitchenette with gas stove and a fridge. The AC works well and the balcony had a nice view.

    - The room was not as advertised. - The room smelled awful and was not clean. - The beds were uncomfortable, rock hard. - Room had a kitchen with no equipment. Not even a plate. - Bathroom was mouldy - we wore shower shoes to be safe. - The building is very noisy. More FYI than issue. - Only thin sheets available no blanket/comforter or duvet.

Lobby and stairwell noisy and dirty due to renovations going on. Tried to charge me at checkout when I had prepaid.

Price and views were good. Room was clean and very pleasant but lacked amenities, eg, towels and working power outlets. Wifi was good. Great rooftop restaurant with terrific views, food, and service … La Traviata.

    1. Bed was awful. Hard as a rock. Only had one sheet. No light blanket. Nothing. I did ask for a second sheet and got one. 2. Maids turned on the ceiling fan. I could find no switch to turn it off. 3. I saw one live roach on the second day. Bummer. 4. No closet. No hooks to hang clothes. No hangers. Nothing. I laid my clothes out across the backs of chairs. 5. No darkening curtain for room. When the sun came up, the room was bright.

    1. Location 2. Professional and very helpful staff 3. AC worked. Shower good. 4. Fairly quiet. 5. Close to many good restaurants. 6. Pool 7. Clean. 8. Price.
