It is a bit far from the main plaza if you plan to walk to and from the hotel multiple times a day, which isn't an issue -- just plan to be out for the day!

The bead is a bit small for a tall person. The bar was closed and the free parking was already full, so better you check in advance. The staff was although accommodating and assured us a parking spot right in front of the hotel.

Nice clean room. The hotel is in walking distance to the city centre where there are nice shops and restaurants.

The rooms are a bit dated but comfortable. The bathrooms are in need of some refurbishment.

Excellent location within easy walking distance to the centre of Oaxaca. Very good breakfast in the cafe in reception. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

our room was facing the street which was extremely noisy during the day because there are a lot of busses which are very old probably from the 80s, so they make A LOT of noise and there are a lot of busses passing during the day, more or less starting around 5am and finishes around 22pm, therefore, it's very hard to have a good sleep. the showerhead was very bad, it was quite challenging to find a good spot where you receive a decent amount of water coming from the showerhead. they should change it because it's very uncomfortable. it's a bit far from the center, and the hotel is at the end of a hill so it's kinda tiring to reach after a long day of walking.

the room was clean, the staff was good, wifi was good and the towels were clean and they changed them when we requested it. we also had breakfast one day, it was normal nothing extraordinary, the service was very slow though.

I didn't like how the light of my room was very dim, my shower door would get stuck everytime I showered and the TV signal didn't connect in the three days therefor I couldn't watch anything on the tv.

I liked the location because its a 5 minute walk to the temple of Santo Domingo and the public transportation passes right out side which takes you to various places around the city for an inexpensive price.

When I arrived I got a room that was right next to the street, the night was one of my worsts ever. The road is one of the main ones so there are many many buses passing through all the time. The temperature was also an issue because the room didn’t have any air conditioner and there was no way to keep the window closed! Thankfully for the next night I asked for a different room and they were really kind and fast to give us a solution, after that the nights were great, and we also had air conditioner.

The location, the view and the staff were incredible!!

Bathroom wasn’t super clean (clumps of hair in the shower when we arrived) but that’s my only minor complaint and the staff, location and price made up for it.
