The bedrooms on the side of the road are really noisy. I couldn’t sleep coz there are trucks and other vehicles from very early in the morning. But they understood and have me an interior bedroom free of charge for the night I couldn’t sleep. There was the noise from the watter tank for a few hours during the day, but it wasnt a big deal. Also, the pic of the room published on the app it is not what you find, at lest not the ones I stayed in.

Location is great. Near the hill where you can easily get into the woods and great views of the city from the planetarium. (Do not go up there alone after 9am, a local woman advised). There is a beautiful market walk distance: you can buy goodies and also sit and drink juices and eat homemade local food for local prices. The building has a cozy rooftop where you can have a drink while enjoying the amazing views.

The bathroom really needs to be fixed. The shower works really bad and it is leaking, sometimes all the way to the bedroom.

Disgusting service: I explicitly requested parking place cuz it was critical for our travel, after what the hotel confirmed booking. But when we arrived the receptionist said that there's no parking available and we have to leave the car in the street which was not an option for us. So I asked him to cancel the reservation, he denied and sent me to the OYO support team who was now answering till the next day so I was not able to reschedule the booking or handle the situation somehow. And since time after OYO dares to charge me again for the service which was not provided! And on the Booking they marked my visit as no show which is not true! Careful with this criminal organization!

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. It was incredibly noisy. I could hear everyone coing and going and talking and slaming doors. Outside was louds as well, but I had to keep the windows open for any air and to cool off.

This place reminded me a hostels of years past. It was definitely bare bones. The room smelled of some weird disinfectant, but when we opened the windows to air it out the noise from the road was awful. It was also cold but we had to ask to get a blanket and some towels. There was no hot water in the shower. The pictures on the web site show a much nicer place. But for one night it was ok. There are much nicer places to stay in.

The location was right across from the amphitheater steps. It was nice to get out for a walk. The breakfast was nice as were the staff.

The hot water situation was awful. Most mornings it took at least five minutes to arrive, and it was only barely adequately warm. One morning the hot water cut off completely in the middle of my shower; I had to go down to the lobby still covered in soap and wrapped in a towel to get someone’s attention. Can you picture this! It’s a bit out of the way from the main tourist area, which could be a good thing, but it is located along a busy street, with trucks and buses all roaring their way uphill, easily heard from the bed. It was cold, because the windows don’t close properly any more, if they ever did. I asked for extra blankets, and they gave us only one, with great reluctance.

If there was the possibility to give ZERO, I would. Dirty rooms (long black hair everywhere) very noisy, people talking and chatting in the hall and floor until late (1:00 am). Our bathroom was not working (impossible to rinse in the shower, sink’s drain not working at all). I complained and they gave me a screwdriver to fix the problem - INSANE!! Also, only one of the lights in the bedroom was working. Then finally they understood (after my third complaint) and gave me a new room (without air conditioning even if my booking included air conditioning). The guy at the reception during night hours was very unpleasant and unhelpful. To complete this nightmare, after my stay they deleted my booking from booking.com saying that I did not show up (booking.com contacted me to understand this situation, I am still in communication to solve this problem). Unfortunately for this place I have proof of payment in my credit card bill, for Parador Crespo “Hotel”. RIDICOLI. This is not a hotel, this is actually a HOSTEL or even worse. How is it possible that this place 8 out of 10? La più INDECENTE accommodation of my life.

Fairly comfortable beds but thought the pillows were uncomfortable and very lumpy. As mentioned my bathroom wasn’t clean when checking in with hairs across the sink and dirty mirror however they were quick to clean this again when asked. I only stayed an evening and the hot water wasn’t working in the morning which was a shame.

Great day staff, I was helped to get a taxi to airport and they dealt with any queries/ issues I had such as the bathroom not being as clean as it should on arrival.

Our room was tired and not particularly clean. The bathroom was filthy and the shower ran at a trickle of lukewarm water. Our room was entered even with the do not disturb sign on. The staff were often rude and unhelpful (although not all staff).
