The only improvement is to have a drinking fountain for guests to use to reduce use of plastic bottles.

Some hooks on walls to hang your things. Or a little rack with hangars for clothes. There is no place to put your things except for under bathroom sink or tiny bedside tables. Netflix didn't work great on TV but I don't think the internet is really strong in San Cris.

We were so surprised to arrive at this hotel and discover how beautiful and brand new it was! Such a lovely little boutique hotel find. Loved our room upstairs with windows facing hills and trees. Huge king bed.

Amazingly cheap for such a comfortable and well designed hotel room. Hostel price and 5 star comfort. The bed has ruined all other beds for us... Including our one at home 😅

There’s no ventilation in the room, so when you shower, everything gets very steamy

The best! Hot showers. Everything is so cute and clean. You have the feeling to be in a high end hotel. The stuff is really nice and you can do early checkin and leave your luggage if necessary. I totally loved the Mexican blanket on our bed. They also lend hair dryers. 10 minutes by foot from the centre. Perfect!

As in most other places of San Cristobal, expect your hotel room to be cold. However, blankets were super warm so there were no problems at all!

This hotel exceeded my expectations! Me and my boyfriend had an amazing stay and would definitely come back. We have visited so many times San Cristobal but this was our best stay in terms of Hotel. The bed was huge, cleaning was exceptional, everyday the housekeeper would change all towels, replace bottles of water, coffee capsules, everything. Best hotel in San Cristobal!

Windows looked out onto courtyard so no privacy. No natural light. Poor lighting (no overhead light). Bright florescent new years display by window. Cold room. Bad WiFi and Netflix/streaming didn't work. Not worth the price.

Cons: Wifi was horrible, barely useable. Hotel staff made a mistake with my reservation and listed it for 1 night instead of 2. Basically they did my reservation manually instead of through booking.com how I booked. When they did it manually thats when they made the mistake. They were oversold for the rooms and were not taking responsibility for the mistake. It ended up working out and I was able to stay. However the process was really painful, I was treated poorly, I felt very unwelcome. They had no one on their staff that could speak english in order to help with the language barriers. I also asked to speak to a manager and they would not let me.

There is no heating and it can get cold at night. Not really comfortable to chill in your room in the evening, at day time it is okay! Also they are quite strict. The coffee machine stands on a very small table and you have to take the water container out to fill it up. At our first day one of us accidentetly dropped the container and a very small corner broke off the container. It was still working properly and you didnt even notice. We used it several times after without any problems and even noticing. They saw it while cleaning the room and questioned us afterwards like we did something really wrong. Also they charged us a crazy amount of money: 500 pesos! (checked it online and you can buy one for way less). While it was still working perfectly: we bet they don't even going to replace it. Ofcourse we want to pay something if we damaged something in our room, but this was way out of proportion.

It is a nice, new looking hotel, at a good location (few blocks away from the centre). The room is spacious and has good facilities.
