Family hotel with a quiet beach, very clean, already a few years old but with excellent service. A great advantage is being able to use the facilities of the Princess and the imperial world with parking and/or transportation included (check schedules).

The staff was super nice and the food was great. In general, the hotel needs some improvements on some walls, chairs, ceiling fans, etc. The pool was very clean. For me, it was a 4 star hotel. It's very close to excellent.

Had to wait past check in time for my, I was travaling with my service dog it wasn't easy staying there when they would allow my to go in the store for drinks and restaurants so I ending up going next door to another hotel.

The pool could use some more cleaning, the edges have parts that are dirty & could use a scrub. It also seems like one of the filters wasn’t working properly you could see some dirty water parts floating around, we brought it up to a worker & someone came to clean it but within 30 mins it was back to having dirty water floating. Only other thing we didn’t like was having to haunt down a waiter to get a cup of coffee, every morning we had to ask for someone to help us when normally they come to you, same for getting drinks/food at the pool.

I don't like the tower F, the rooms are nice but the bathrooms are very small. Service is a little slow.

The staff, the pool, the food. It's all great. The staff are friendly and the food is always outstanding! The main restaurant is a bit pricey but the quality is fantastic and very filling!

Location, it’s in a good neighborhood for walking, going to the beach, and 5-10 min from the best restaurants. 20 minutes from central Acapulco. Not so crowded as other Hotels in the area.

There was a glitch in and our reservation didn't show up in the system because of Booking.com, but the reception handled it quickly and efficiently.

Perfect romantic gateway. The staff (everyone but especially José, Estephany and Alejandro) was friendly and understanding of our un poquito spanish. The view was incredible, with easy access to the pool and beach. Very queer friendly environment. Great destination for a memorable vacation. Can't wait to be able to come. back.

They rent a garden an part of the beach located in front of some of the bedrooms without letting know the guest. music was outrageous and they extend beyond the specified time (i have a letter with the times). They didn’t give face to solve this issue. waiting for a reimbursement for only that night
