The room was spacious and clean but the air conditioner was struggling to keep it cool and it required some general maintenance and upgrading.

This is a very convenient location, across the street from the ADO Alterna bus terminal and within easy walking distance to Soriana, Super Aki, and Walmart. It's also within easy walking distance to good restaurants, 5th Avenue, and the beach. They also have a nice-looking, private pool.

Noise. There are a store warehouse and a bus station nearby. Trucks, buses, and workers produce a lot of noise. In addition, furniture (chairs) produces a loud sound when it is moved.

The refrigerator was propped open...I guess the refrigerators are turned off between guests. The tiles on the shower floor are coming out...this makes it a little hard on the feet. There is air conditioning in the sleeping area; the ceiling fans in the kitchen/living area are SO loud - I was not able to use them because of the noise.

The location was good for me - it's close to ADO Alterno bus station. I've stayed here before. If you get a room that fronts the street, you get to listen to either the school children or the buses leaving the station. I got lucky this trip and got a room that faced the inside of the hotel.

It is in front of a school and if you get one of the rooms with city view, you can hear all that noise from the students, and you cannot even sleep during the day.

The hotel is perfect if you are in transition between different locations. I wouldn’t stay there long term, but it was perfect for one night.

Bring your own tea towels, dish clothes, face cloths as they are not provided. We asked for a toaster but the hotel doesn't supply them. Next to to a very noisy recycling depot with large, noisy trucks coming all day-crashing and banging as they unload. It starts early in the morning. At night, large buses unloading tourists for night clubs park right next door to the hotel and often keep their motors running until they leave. Sargassum weeds makes beaches impossible to use and unpleasant to walk along. The hotel has a pool and we enjoyed the pool rather than the beach.

We have stayed here 2 times before and would return again. Large apartment, great air conditioner in bedroom, full size fridge, inviting pool, 5th avenue is well within walking distance, close to Wal-Mart for groceries. Kitchen supplies are minimal but adequate. Had parking for our bikes, offers luggage storage. Some receptionists are friendlier than others.

Location not the best. Way to much street noise. Depending on where you were in the hotel you either had terrible noise from the loading dock, or the school or the bus depot. Just couldn’t win. Wish it was advertised that we could purchase jugs of water from the front desk instead of having to lug it all the way from Walmart. It would be nice if there was a toaster in the room.

The building is next to a warehouse which is noisy pretty much 24/7. Not the hotel's fault but be mindful if you need a peaceful night's rest. The room type we booked (2 double beds) was only available on the second floor, facing the warehouse.

Great location for getting to the beach and local places to eat and shop. The staff were lovely, especially the guy who worked in the evening, always had a big smile on his face. Our room was kept spotless each day, with fresh bed sheets and towels, the housekeeper Lucy was amazing. Nice pool area to chill by outside, towels provided if requested. We made good use of the kitchenette, cooking meals some evening. Plenty of storage in the kitchen too.

our room had a view to the ado station nearby and all night we could hear the announcements from the station and the engines from the nearby buses. sleeping without earplugs was impossible

room are very big but with very minimal furniture inside. almost all the windows face the bus station so opening the windows isn't really an option.
